Dan Murphy's Como

Had a terrible experience here. The counter staff who is serving me is either racist or bias. I don't obviously look under-age, and I am 42. He asked for my drivers license in order to buy a non alcoholic beer. He just wasted my time queuing and going in there.

This mob know their product and how to assist customer satisfaction and flow.
Despite the Christmas Eve panic and rush, multiple staff assisted our needs and helped hand select best value products to match our needs.
Absolutely brilliant - with the exception of the very sad, melting, bags of "ice" (They were left exposed in a stack in their car park and were comprised of 30% water when we got to them).

The best place I go to get special options and different brands. Good variety of mixers and the most lovely bottles

Large selection of wines, beers and spirits. Slightly impersonal because of its size. If you want 2 L wine boxes, better go to BWS.

Great size store with the usual great selection & deals from Dan Murphy's. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking and a very handy deliver to boot parks right out front.

Great selection of adult breverages.
Good service, I regularly get asked if I need help.
Prices are competitive, especially when you target the member offers.

Worst customer service hd an enquire, and no robot could answer, no human available and then I was told store shut at 12 noon on a Tuesday. Won’t be back

Rudest staff!
Would not accept my niece‘s international ID which is accepted worldwide.
Neither my husband nor I where then served.
Would have appreciated to at least be spoken to politely as we weren‘t doing anything wrong

Checked price at home. 84 for two. Get to store, 98 for two. Recheck the price in app and it changed to 98 in front of my eyes. Well done! Asked the store and they said they would only match if I had a screenshot… turns out Dan Murphy’s display genera country wide pricing gif you don’t set a store.

No responsible service of alcohol. They just served a girl who could barely walk. Disgusting.

I’m a Dan Murphy fan, love their range across all beverages. Helpful staff at this store but found their spirits range had less variety than most. Always a good substitute to be had or something new to try though. Plenty of free parking. Liked the WA wines on offer, nice to have this type of selection when in Perth and looking for something from the region.

Can never find anyone to help.
No Prosecco cans in the fridge or even the ginger beer - tingle top can’t be found in the fridge.

Always has specials and a wide selection of wines, IPAs, spirits and beverages. Friendly staff too

When you ask about a certain wine etc, they take you to the area and answer any questions you ask

Always have what I want In stock and the Staff are always very helpful! Was offered to try some spirits when I was deciding one time which was a very nice experience!

Decent Dan Murphy's. Has a good sized cold room and staff were friendly. Selection of spirits isn't as good as some bigger stores but I was able to get what I needed.

Store manager asked if my partner was my son after we said we are in a relationship.

I would give one star only but to be fair my partner does have baby face and did forget to bring his ID.

Parking can be a pain if the Como hotel next door is busy. Store is great though, decent sized and well priced.
