I go to Dan Murphys Byford at least once a fortnight and have never had an issue. But on Christmas Eve I went in with my mum and had the most awful experience with Georgia. Really disappointed with her unkind approach to us at the checkout. Definitely made us rethink purchasing from Dans Byford. The manager was absolutely lovely and tried to smooth it over, but still such a sour taste in our mouth after Georgia’s attitude with us.
Always a pleasure to go there. The staff are always friendly and if need be willing to help in anyway possible

Had to go to another dan Murphy's as the staff were not able to access to expensive liquor. Due to managers not being on shift. The on shift supervisors should be able to access it during operational hours.

Extremely helpful and happy staff, I was very impressed as they went out of their way to search for something for me, especially because it was a Friday arvo end of the week.
Bit picky on the direct to boot are yah "DIRECT TO BOOT" Pfft more like Click and collect.
Asked guy to place my items on my back seat of my car as my boot was full, seriously what's the difference I didn't want my items in there, Technically you did bring to my boot but wanted them on my back seat as this was suitable, but instead salesperson bringing out my order. Argued with me!
