Great service, exceptional from young Dylan, BUT, over course of 2 weeks, I bought Hentley Farms wine which was great at start but later ones on offer were pretty much VINEGAR!

Just brought 2 6 packs and a bottle dropped out and smashed a over the the floor and the lady serving me said it happens all the time.
Well the other 6 pack was ripped to.

No replacement bottle for one that smashed on the floor but you will claim.

Emily is absolutely amazing. She is an asset to the store. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about wine and you can tell she loves her job. Thank you Emily

Rude and disgraceful service, bunch of middle aged alcoholics who can only land a job in a battleshop

Went there last Friday evening. We all know Friday evening is usually the busy hours in bottle shops. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Found the old vintage of top range Woodlands there. Happy

Had terrible customer service rude staff wasn't helpful to my friend at all who didn't know where to find what she was looking for wouldn't recommend go to any other liquor store.

Went there yesterday for the first time. The service I got from this young lady was absolutely fantastic, she help us some much when they didnt have what we were looking for she proceeded to see which other store might have it. When she located the product we were, ooking for she then proceeded to give their Balga store a ring and secured the product for us. Great service and I will definitely go back there because of this young lady.

Large range and good value products.
I like the ease of parking and convenient location near the train station and Woollies.

Great specials for Dan Murphy's members. Couldn't get the beer I wanted yesterday as the shelf was empty last night. Asked one of the 4 assistants at the checkout, none of them really look interested in helping, as it was only a few minutes to closing. Was told "um, yeah, no", I guess it was too hard at that time of the evening. Lucky I had some beers at home, they probably all just wanted to get out of there and go home, anyway the shelf was restocked today. Yippee!
