Ever so busy as it was Christmas Eve but the staff were exceptional, friendly. & assisted me (a non drinker) perfectly

Coz of school leavers they had to take my ID to put in my birthrate, when my partner questioned over why he held my ID to do 2 transactions the manager had a very aggressive attitude. Definitely needs to learn customer service and to not try and intimidate people. Appalling customer service.
I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on

Online carton order for pick up. Hot six packs x 4. Not even in a carton just in a half wine box? Thought there must have been no cold cartons so they pulled some cold 6 packs off the shelf? Even one cold one would have been good but nup!

What a great store it has every drink you could ever possibly be looking for. The music in store was so good I had a wee little dance. A big shout out to Tamara one of the staff there what a credit she is to the store just so friendly and helpful walked out with more than we came for. Thank you so much

Supervisor today was extremely rude and aggressive to me and my daughter. Will definitely NOT be going back, 1st choice liquor very customer focused and beat there ridiculous prices by long shot, well done dan murphy bunbury, must be proud to have supervisor like her.

Staff are always friendly and polite. Well maintained. Will recommend to family and friends A+

These guys struggle to fail anyone, attending the shop staff are open to help but not pushy and allow to look around casheirs are always happy and lovely people and If it wasn't an alcohol shop it would be the beat place to hang out

Woh so much variety. There should be a dans in every big town. Possibly would be good to have them anywhere where they can provide the products and service they way they do …

Great booze lots of choice and great bargains to, lovely staff very helpful. The Highway Hotel next door great pub meals and kids meals too, accords the road Woolies bakery, Chemist, Post Office, hair dressers, women's clothing well undergarments bathing suits etc, Butcher, so lots of essentials one stop shop for family's and all easily accessible.

Spoilt for choice whatever is your preferred drink. Staff always ready to give advice if needed.

Its tops, so much in there, I spent time reading all the different types of Beers the Service is fantastic so helpful and we had a laugh with the staff.lived it. I'm converted to be a Dan Murphy man now.

Huge thankyou to Peter - saw me standing confused at the wines and helped me choose some that suited my tastes, even providing a tasting sample to ensure I was happy (I am!)

And the cherry on top was him reminding me to use my member card - I ended up saving about 20% on the wines. Stoked!

I’m 29 years old this year and they have to check my passport. I’m on working Holiday and do not have local driving license and they refused my purchase. Spoiled my entire Easter holiday.

Worst customer service and management I’ve ever come across. I’ve never left a bad review in my life but was appalled by the people here. Me and my group of friends are travelling away for my birthday and decided to stop by to get some drinks for our get away. All respectfully came in one friend had an expired ID that had only just expired a few days prior but had proof of purchase of her new ID on the way. She was refused entry and same with our other friend who has a valid passport but was refused because it was foreign. Talk about cultural exclusion. Not to mention she is the oldest of our group and speaks english. Neither of them even drink alcohol but as we’re travelling as a group they were just going to come in with us. Anyhow the young blonde girl with glasses who was serving us was extremely rude with how she talked to us & talked about our group disrespectfully to her manager right in front of our faces. While her manager (a white male who had brown hair and glasses) walked in and out of the store harassing my two friends who were waiting outdoors (due to them being refused entrance for no good reason) for us as their driver was inside purchasing his drinks. He then continued to harass the driver once he had his drinks threatening to report him to the RSA and that he would be fined for simply buying his OWN alcohol.

The most arrogant, rude, disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered.

Also when we went to purchase our drinks there was three empty cans.

DO BETTER.

It's a place full of alcohol, prices are right. Staff are friendly and helpful. What more can you say?
