Dan Murphy's Bicton

This is a very big bottleshop with a wide selection of beer, wine and spirits. It has plenty of parking and trolleys with chilled as well as unchilled.

Prepare to be ID'd every.single.time.even when you are clearly above 25 and a frequent visitor.

They are obviously experiencing shortages at the moment, but I still managed to find a drop to bring home

Rude Checkout staff
If you have a policy in place start it before anyone walks through the door!
Triple vaxxed with the correct certificates with another triple vaxxed family member who didn’t have ID but a digital certificate.
Had to leave the store as guy wouldn’t serve me even though I was the purchaser and the other was there to help me carry the product.
Goodluck if that’s how you treat your customers went to First Choice down the road who were much more deserving of my money!
Won’t be going back ever!

Grate service the did not have what I needed but thanks to Ang she had one waiting at front counter of a nearby store although they did not have it went above and beyond to get me what I wanted thanks Ang 1010

Must be a new store? Every thing is much nicer than other dans. Whiskey selection competes with boutique stores

To much choice which confuses me. Staff helpful when needed and leave you to browse at your pleasure.

On the Bicton store there is no availability for Feedback. My last 3 online purchaces have been well over 30 minutes and not competitively priced.

My local and generally everyone there is friendly and helpful, with the exception of an employee named Cara in my opinion. I am not impressed by her customer service and the way she talks to customers. Cara was very rude and I got no apology after voicing my displeasure. If not for her I would give them 5 stars. I an not sure I want to go back now but I will try before moving elsewhere.

Large store with plenty of parking including disabled bays. Great selection of wines and spirits but the variety of beer and pre mix is a bit average. Friendly service and good prices but be sure to check the net for a comparison price as not all store prices are the best.

Can be very busy on those predictable high demand days (i.e. AFL Grand Final etc.) Easy parking. Reasonable range including (you may be surprised) non-alcoholic drinks. Obviously a wide range of drinks at good prices.

Excellent service and great staff. The friendly service is top notch Absolutely fabulous store. Nicely presented with lovely atmosphere.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Not only for their great selection but their staff are outstanding. I came in today and needed assistance, the staff helped me with my trolley and also to the car. Keep up the great customer service, you never disappoint!

I ordered a home delivery of 2 cartons of 6 sparkling wine from the Bicton shop. One carton was delivered & when I asked where the other one was the delivery driver told me it wasn’t his issue & to ring the store to find out where the other carton was myself. I was on hold for 25 minutes until “Maddi” answered & put me back on hold for 10 minutes while she “checked”. Maddi was rude & condescending & added to the time I’ve wasted is the reason I’m giving this negative review. I still have no idea where the other carton of 6 bottles is but hopefully the next employee I have to deal with is more pleasant,

Very frustrating having to show your id before you enter the shop and then having to show it again at the check out. The security and the check out staff should communicate better. I totally understand the if you look under 25 rule but I don’t enjoy being asked for my id twice. A little confused because how would I have got into the shop without proving I’m of age to the security in the first place.

The best Dan Murphy's I know of in Perth. Outstanding selsction of Whiskey from all over the world.

I'm a big believer in first in line first served allowing aggressive customers to steal peoples place in line is unprofessional.

Big store with a wide range of wine, spirits, beer etc. Spent quite a bit of time checking out the wines. Great range of Riesling, far better than other stores. Definitely worth a visit. Join online as members only deals with good savings.

Very big well laid out store and staff helped me find what I needed to make espresso martinis then at checkout extra good service by man who I've noticed b4 who goes that extra mile easy parking all in all a good experience
