What an amazing new start up Gin Distillery.
Damaged Goods brings the whole idea of sustainability into a fun and high quality product.
Great ideas for new limited releases so keep an eye out for new tasty Gins and Vodka.

What a gem of a place this is! Besides Tim and Pia's remarkable ethos on giving food waste a purpose, their tasting cocktails are just fabulous! Such a good way to end our group's Swan Valley wine tour on a 37-degree day. I highly recommend this business and was so glad to have found them!

Will soon be adding the Smashed Apple Aperotivo to our drinks list here at Unwined.

This minimal waste business transforming food waste into new, unique, and excellent alcoholic beverages is a fantastic small business that deserves every accolade for their efforts

If you're in the area, give them a go!

Taken here by my partner and was thrilled at the concept Damaged Goods Distilling Co has adopted.

The environmentally friendly thought process behind what they do and trying to reduce food waste was only outshone by how tasty their drinks are.

We grabbed a bottle of the Smashed Apple after trying it with grapefruit soda, it's simply divine!

Tim and Pia were great hosts, and I wish them all the best (if only so I can keep getting this delicious drink!)

One of the nicest citrus gins I've had in ages. Almost finished the Apple Apperitivo. Thanks guys.

Amazing ethos producing amazing quality beregaes. Tim' and Pia's passion and knowledge shines bright as a sustainable approach to quality drinks.
Put them on your list for a visit and you will not be disappointed.
The gins fabulous and the aperitivo is bomb.
Can't wait to see them hit their stride, they're only been open for 2 weeks and they're already smashing it.
Buy a bottle, take it back and get a refill - and drink well with less impact on the planet. Win win. With gin.

As part of our work, we were invited out to visit Tim and Pia's distillery out in the Swan Valley.

Locally crafted still, using food waste in creative ways to craft delicious booze is such a good idea!

The gin is super delicious, bright citrus and easy to drink. The Smashed Apple is a glorious take on an aperitivo (think Aperol but apple based).

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and great hosts.

Looking forward to opening up our bottle of Apple tonight!

Damaged Goods Gin and Apertivo are to die for. Great little place to have a sample from the actual owners. You won’t leave empty handed.

On the hunt for new and unique spirits for our back bar, we came across Tim and Pia posting about their brand on Facey.

After hearing about their ethos of minimising food waste and turning leftovers into beautiful booze we arranged to come check out the distillery and cellar door (only opened up this week!)

They are fun, informative, and passionate about what they make and do. And the passion for good booze and minimising waste has created some awesome products. Currently just their gin and apple aperitivo on the shelf, but there is a few products coming soon (and some much further down the track too- waste/stale bread wash whisky? Yes please!)

Do yourself a favour, drop in, hear the story, try the drinks, and support local!
