I went to Dale Britton motorcycle to order parts for my friends Honda Today. Matt were very helpful and the part's came super quick.

I bought my LAMS MT-07 from Dale Britton and the service was fantastic. They held the bike for me while I sorted out my finance and it was no trouble at all.

Taking the bike into the service department has been easy and Rocky and Dale kept me updated throughout.

Would highly recommend these guys.

The owner made me feel cheap when I tried to return an off the shelf product the following day. I was left feeling embarrassed and humiliated. When I spoke to one of his staff members who witnessed this they said "that's just Dale". That comment made me wonder how many other customers had been treated poorly.

Great service from Rocky and the gang at Dale Briton’s. They did some Warranties work and even got some switch gear replaced for free outside of the warranty period. Good work Guys.

Good service by Laura. Grabbed a new pair of Alpine Stars boots. Staff here (when I go) are always friendly and greet/acknowledge me. Offer service etc.

Always a pleasure when visiting DB motorcycles the staff are friendly & there's a nice vibe about the place, Dale's always seems to be flat out running around like a headless chicken but only to happy to give advice.

Just picked up KTM Superduke GT from Dale Britten motorcycles, it’s perfect. Solved a mysterious electrical gremlin, replaced offending switchgear and a service. I was really well looked after, service is next level at a very reasonable price. Can’t say enough about this mob, best thing to do is try them yourself. You won’t be disappointed. Many thanks.

After going to different motorcycle dealerships both Japanese and European, I returned to Dale's store.

For the reason I don't like salesmen.
Plus asking Rocky the chief mechanic a continuous questions about the bike he still had time for me.

Dale is genuine and surprisingly had time to talk even over SMS and wasn't pushing a sale, modifications or expensive service.

I had a great hand over experience, defiantly would recommend them.

Very professional service all questions answered and requests were met regarding extra work to the bike

Went in the morning when they first opened, made to wait 15 minutes before being served, even though there are no other customers around and plenty of grumpy staff moping about. Then there is Matt, who doesn't understand how to operate an EFTPOS machine and blames it on my iPhone cover. Refused my suggestion to try cancelling and starting again. When he finally tried my suggestion and the transaction went through, he goes "oh wicked".

Feels like I'm dealing with a bunch of amateurs with very little customer service. Would definitely not trust them with my bikes.

Went in to look at options for top box luggage, got great advice, walked out of there having placed an order for a very reasonable price. Thanks guys

Absolutely fantastic to deal with, very fair and excellent service. I rode in unannounced today needing to sell my CB1000R urgently prior to relocating interstate. Paul and the team were a pleasure to deal with and we came to a fair agreement there and then. I still can't believe how easy it was, kicking myself for not dropping in sooner.
I've also dealt with Dale himself in the past and he's very approachable and down to earth.
Highly recommend this shop for all of your motorcycling needs.

Not motorbike related, I bought a 6l Crewman from here a few years back without seeing due to the fact I'm in NSW on the other side of the country, everything went so smooth and the guys i dealt with were fantastic & everything they said about the vehicle was spot on.long story short this car has gone far and beyond from what i expected, only recently noticing this after pulling the engine down for mods how well maintained mechanically this car was kept over the years.
