Visited the Broome showroom, excellent service. So happy with earrings, we came back a few days later and I bought matching necklace. Also visited the pearl farm during Horizontal Falls trip, loved the tour and our lunch.

Very informative tour. All staff where friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour. Found my perfect bracelet with their guidance and help

Jacki provided us with a fabulous live harvest tour. She was very informative and answered our questions in detail. Her manner was very warm and friendly. She spent an extensive amount of time in showing us jewellery and arranging our order.
Stephen also welcomed us warmly in store and assisted in our visit.
We highly recommend these staff. What a special team.

A most wonderful tour. Couldn’t have been better. Food was great, guides both friendly and informative, scenery stunning. Worth every cent.
Further enhanced the next day when we visited the showroom and met Steve who gave us a really fascinating talk and taught us so much about pearling.

Your Staff need to hold a certain composure while not at work when saying they work there. I won't be visiting just due to the foul mouthed staff member little miss blonde.

Wow, had a fantastic day with air kimberley flying us out over the horizontal falls and onto cygnet bay and then the pearl tour, a very enjoyable day, delicious meal, informative tour and a brilliant boat ride, would totally recommend this tour

We enjoyed our dinner cruise, staff were great, meal was ok.
The brochure advertised quite a bit cheaper and the meal was different to the brochure. Maybe when you book the cruise they should advise you of the changed.

Just great service and products. Broome pearls are some of the best in the world. They do not sell the cheap Asian pearls, only quality WA cultured.

I bought some pearls recently and was served by one of your staff who was outstanding in the way she sold your pearls to me no pressure but professional
Without doubt having staff like her you will always have people like me coming back

Came in to visit (Dampier Terrace) today and purchase a necklace I had seen and loved on the website. Stood inside for approximately 10-15 minutes and was completely ignored by staff. Both staff members had seen me, the only customer in the store, and offered no assistance. They remained in the back room and did not even welcome me to the store. Momentarily I thought I might be offered assistance when a staff member walked out on the phone, but I was wrong. I believe this to be very poor customer service and that I should not have to call out or beg for a staff members attention. Frustrated, I walked to Willie Creek Pearl Farm about 50m down the road and was greeted immediately and was helped for approximately 30 minutes before I found the pearl necklace I loved and purchased. Would recommend that store highly over this store where presumably they judge people’s wallets by their appearance.

I purchased gorgeous pearl earrings in May 2021. The service was exceptional and the quality amazing. After a few months the catch on one earring didn't work securely. As I live interstate, CBP were happy for me to post the earrings back, they fixed the catch at no cost to me and posted them back. I cannot fault the service they provide and highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Excellent tour and lovely food in an outstanding location. Staff were great. The road in has deep sand and needs four wheel drive. I took one star off because of the 6 percent credit card surcharge for online bookings.

Beautiful shop front to have a look at jewelry. Lovely exhibition/information space in the same building where you can read about the history of the pearling industry in Broome and see some relics (free). 100% worth spending the $25 to see the Pearl Harvest demonstration! Thank you Di for your time and wonderful demonstration.
