A week ago on a training ride before the Maca200 Ride for Cancer Research we had a rear rim failure. I phoned Chris for much needed help and he sourced a rim and rebuilt our wheel to ensure we would make the ride for my 10th year. His bike shop is always there to help fellow riders and we are grateful for his personal service. Thank you Chris and the team for helping me complete for 10th year and our team raising $404,000.

They have serviced both mine and my wife’s mountain bikes and had them working beautifully after. Can’t say the same about some other bike shops I used. Price was reasonable and jobs done with no delays. Highly recommend!

Very lucky to have a bike shop in Perth like Cycles Bespoke. They have a genuine passion for bikes and excellent service. They won't let any bikes out of their shop until their customers are truly happy (even painfully pedantic ones like me). I wouldn't send anyone anywhere else. Besides that, they stock the best gear, have expansive knowledge and are lovely people.

These guys were so helpful, knowledgeable and freindly.they took the time to help me out and it felt like a little family in there.i live in alkimos and this was the only place i could find my kona dr dew.i got a good deal with $200 (10% of bike purchase) to spend on accessories. This will be my local shop from now on for all bikes and repairs/servicing etc.even if it is a bit of a travel. I trust these guys.

Always professionalism. Really helpful. Cost-effective and reliable solutions. Even though I visited them more than three times concerning issues related with my folding bike they were always there! Certainly will meet them again. At least not soon)

These guys service my road bike when things start to get a bit clunky, normally once or twice a year.

After a service, gear changes are sharp and without a semblance of friction, chattering or vibration. Whatsmore, I feel assured that everything has been checked & torqued to specification, and this makes me feel safe. Precision Precision!

If you are as OCD about your bike as I am! Then do yourself a favour and take your bike to Cycles Bespoke in Bayswater.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good range of bike packing touring gear. Lots of nice steel bikes and just stuff that you normally only see online. Great to see someone stocking it locally.

They stay open later in the evening most nights, which helps if you need to grab something to finish off the plans for the weekend bikepacking adventure.

I dont understand their #ironic marketing thing but theyre unique in Perth and a fantastic resource. Support it or lose it.
