In the beginning you see a huge Ad in their website saying that "%100 Money Back Guarantee! " but then they will include terms and conditions which will be referred at dispute stage, not to pay you back due to their poor services provided!
PS: The response provided below is a total lie: I received my revised CV on Jan2020 and since market is usually down during the first couple of months, I wait until April to see how it works. So I get back to CVJedi after 4 months not half a year! I applied to numerous completely relevant positions, which my original CV would have resulted in %30 call and %10 appointment but with CVJedi resume, I received nothing absolutely no feedback with 20 years experience and CPEng Certification! Regarding to what they call harassment!? ! They didn’t reply my Email for more than one week and since I was in contact with Ulrich in LinkedIn, I sent a follow up message to him. He said that he is on leave and this is his “Personal LinkedIn Profile”! And accused me of harassing him!? ! They didn’t offer me anything, first they say you have one week to tell us what changes you want us to apply! If I knew how to write a proper CV, why would I approach CVJEDI! Then I asked for a refund based on the Ad in their website and they say somewhere in a link inside their Email, there are Terms & Conditions saying that since I received $46 discount, I can’t get my $399 back! They didn’t offer me partial pay back, it’s also a big lie! This the most unprofessional, aggressive & careless approach, I have ever seen from an organisation here In Australia and I really hope they reconsider their approach.
