Currambine Bar & Bistro

Came here many times before but this time was a let down with the Food being the biggest let down. Menu states roasted veg with not a roast veggie in sight. Desert came before the table was cleared from dinner. Cheesecake was stale and gross. Definitely not worth the price.

Insufficient staff. Not the staff fault just not enough.
Waited 10min for 1 drink then left and went to another local. Used to be great but I wont go there anymore

This pub was a favourite for so many years until new management & change of menu!
The food was so beyond bland, under average, really stingy on portion just not like how it was even the slightest not to mention over priced for something below average! Was a shock for us as we didn’t know it had all changed, I hate giving these type of reviews but it honestly has gone so bad, we sadly won’t be back: ’ (

What a wonderful ambience for a great outing with family and friends. Great service, wide repertoire of drinks and scrumptious food to satisfy any discerning palate. Our first visit and certainly not our last. We'll be back to enjoy the great food experience and atmosphere.

We had a private function. The service, the staff were incredible. The food was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Our group had a table booked for 16 yesterday and they had us squashed in like a table for 14, I don't know why, if we all went as couples we would have taken up a lot more room. They did agree to move us to a bigger table thank goodness.

Great food and well priced, great selection of tap beers, food orders are quick, dinning is well catered great value for a lunch or evening meal.

Always guarantee a great feed, a little pricey but you get a massive portion with that. The staff are also very accommodating and friendly despite being very busy.

The food at currambine bistro is best quality, large servings, with the fastest from ordering to table delivery.
They can cater any size party from quiet couple meals to large family events with still fast, quality and quantity meals for all.

For how busy it was, the meals came out really quick. The most amazing seafood paella I've ever had. We had the privilege of meeting the lady owner who was an absolute darling

I have been here many times, and the service and food has always been exceptional. In recent months, the service and food has dramatically declined.

I’m unsure if this place has changed hands, but once the staff were attentive and skilled. Now, I’m told I can’t order a drink because the bar staff member doesn’t know how to put the order through.

The food was shocking. Bruschetta was soggy, with literally three small pieces of feta and only a couple of pieces of tomato.

Arancini was cold, and dry. The rice was only partially cooked.

I am giving three stars as I have frequented this establishment on a number of occasions, and historically, it has been fantastic.

Hoping you pick up your game and return to delivering great food and service.

I feel that the quality of the food has gone down hill, I have eaten at the bistro since it opened and never had to worry if I would have a nice meal. Recently every time we've visited which is getting less and less we have had to complain,

Great food but far too noisey. Even though we were sitting opposite each other I sometimes had to shout to hear myself.btw I'm not deaf

Behemoth of a place, a bit impersonal.
Our table of 12 found the meals average for a pub but only 30 minutes wait.
Drinks at the bar well priced but a 10 minute wait to be served.
Better places around.

Ordered medium steak and got extra raw, serving staff were rude and noise levels were agonising,
NOT IMPRESSED and expensive

Food is mostly good sometimes
hot food is only warm but the
management will always fix a problem if you tell them

Meal lovely but lady taking orders had no customer service & downright rude & made us feel uncomfortable. Apparently it’s the managers daughter so even if complain nothing is done. Certainly put me off going again. My friend had the same issue.

Have been going to the Currambine Bar & Bistro for a few yrs now. Over the past 6 months the food has gone down hill. Then last night not only was the food terrible, but the service too. My surf and turf was cold and chewy, my husbands chicken parmagina was cold and tasteless and my kids had chicken nuggets which some were over cooked and others undercooked. And to top the night off, the lady taking orders was so rude, absolutely terrible service and food, will not be going back

There's been a change in dish sizes and ingredients in recent times but still delicious and always fast, friendly service.

Multiple steaks overcooked seafood undercooked, beer was good though, rebooked a steak which was already over cooked. Over all I'd rather eat a gameboy instead of eating here. Also they have no 'T' on the sign for toilets. Also also they put the salt in the pepper shaker and pepper in the salt shaker.
