Curly Sue's Wigs and Hairpieces

Went here yesterday after seing their leaflet at Chemotherapy.
The 2 ladies Sherry + Shelly were so helpful, honest and professional. There was NO pressure t selling at all. I walked out extremely happy. I called them today to thank them again. Appreciate your help girls!

Excellent customer service. I was served by Rebecca, who was very patient and empathetic. She was helpful and gave great advice on products. I didn’t feel rushed. I was very happy with my purchase. Good value for money too! There was no pressure to buy.

Went to curly sues today, most helpful indeed, a lady called Naomi helped me and wasn't pushy at all and very helpful indeed.

Sue knows everything about hair!
She is a problem solver and her lovely team are super helpful.

The staff in this store are rude! My mother had visited here and was told to move out of the “managers parking” spot, which was just a regular parking spot for the store. No please. The staff here should be ashamed as they were so rude to my mother. I think the manager needs to show some sympathy. Toddlers have more respect than the staff here. Disgusting, never going back.

I have never ever been so disgusted in a retail outlet as I was today, especially since they are in the line of work this company is.

The attitude from the minute my son and I walked in the door was out of this world.

There is no care companion or customer service.

They close at 5pm we arrived at 4.15 and were immediately told they close at 5pm and all I wanted to do was have a look at the prices and what they had, you would think 45 minutes would be ok.

Then was looked down at like I could not afford anything in the shop.

And then told don't touch this or that.

I will never ever step foot in this place again.

I am a respectable well dressed person so I don't understand how someone could be so uncaring in this field.

It is enough my hair falls out for god sake.

I recently visited Curly Sue's to purchase a wig during my chemo treatment. Everyone was so friendly and helpful I decided to go back a 2nd time for a 2nd wig. I love my 2 wigs, they are good quality and I liked that there was no pressure to buy.

Very realistic hair pieces. Lovely colour. Easy to use with strong clip. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great staff. They are both highly skilled and helpful. I watch a family member be fitted today and I am really impressed with this place.

Amazing selection but the staff are what made this place exceptional. We were welcomed, cared for, encouraged and genuinely felt like we could be who we wanted to be.

Had a wig fitting today, staff were very helpful and spent alot of time with me trying on each wig to find a colour, and style, and size that suited me. Thankyou!

I visited with my mother, we were racially profiled by the staff; specifically the staff assuming we cannot afford anything in the store. Microaggressions like these are absolutely vile

So helpful on purchasing a bun extension for my Goddaughter. Customer friendly and really knew the trade.

I have been so devastated to lose my hair through chemotherapy and was told to visit Curly Sue's to try a wig to help me through this horrid ordeal. Sue was absolutely amazing! She welcomed me in and treated me with absolute respect and dignity. Sue showed me styles that would suit me and offered advice that led me to my chosen wig. I can't tell you how much this has changed my confidence to face the world and my overall self esteem! It has given me back to myself. I had lost a part of me with every piece of hair that fell. I understand everyone has their good and bad days.
Products are amazing, wigs are great with price being awesome. The advice about a rebate for a wig relating to cancer big help.
Sadly seeing two young employees on other clients and their manner towards their clients they were attending was beautiful.
The lady that my My Mother had was at best abrupt and hearing how difficult a client who was not there but wanted their wig changed is not a very comfortable situation. Going in with cancer it is not right to hear an I told her so.

Absolutely amazing service, beautiful atmosphere and great product range. I was there while a gorgeous lady was leaving with her fresh ‘do and was astounded by how happy and gorgeous she looked.
