I had recently gotten a men’s haircut done by Jay and showed him the pictures. He had done exactly as I had asked for and cut it the way I had asked. I am very pleased with my haircut and hope to come again soon!

Whoever is your assistant or staff who is doing hair wash need to learn how to properly massage and wash hair for customers. It was the most painful hair wash experience I have had where the staff gave the worst massage. My head felt like it was squashed under metal hand and fingers. Other than that, I have no complaint with the rest of the service i received.

Tiffany and Jay are just amazing. I recently brought my 3month old Bub there and we both loved it. Always a wonderful result on my full head of foils! They are the best!

Really disappointed and unhappy with my hair balayage and hair cut. I first showed them pictures of how I'd hope it to look like and Tiffany assured me it was definitely achievable. The first result was way too light (think almost blonde - I've black hair and was hoping to go an ashy brown) so she said dont worry we can fix it by adding more toner, which did darken it but it looked almost black again and NOTHING like what i showed her. Again, she said she could fix it, and though it did end up lighter, it was also reddish. I was really upset; I paid $280, spent 4-5 hours in there for a trial and error process only for it to turn out horribly and nothing like promised.

I walked out of the salon with a hair colour that was nothing like what I wanted, and super frizzy hair because of all the bleaching. Though she did apologize and and seemed sorry, I definitely wouldnt recommend.

This is where I had my hair disaster! Going into this I thought what was the worst that could happen. I asked for a balayage and what I received was yellow streaks on my black hair therefore it looked disgusting. Even though I read Jay has 15 years experience it did not show with what I received. When I rang after my hair was done they invited me back to fix it but then all they did was basically dye my hair back to its original colour so I ended up paying $240! For nothing! Was very unhappy and as a university student became very broke as now I have to fix it every few weeks with box dye as the colour starts to fade into the yellow as the bleach they used was way to harsh that my hair can't hold the colours for very long anymore. I felt embarrassed to leave the house with my hair.
