I had a very weird request for a particular kind of vegan cake and couldn't find anywhere in Perth who was willing to accomadate. Cupid's Delight were the only company who could and I'm stoked with the result. Great communication and even better end result - would definitely use them again.

*Response to owner:
I do not appreciate the accusation that we ruined them by using a microwave which is completely untrue. No heating appliance was used, as per instruction from the owner, the cakes were left to defrost at room temperature over an hour & as a result, they tasted like defrosted cake, horrible.

Take some responsibility and ACTION for the mistake you made that I/the customer had to pay for. I did not get the quality promised and your apology is simply not good enough. If you made the mistake YOU pay for it, not me.

Review:
I ordered 12 cupcakes with flavours choc, "white choc" (more like vanilla), & red velvet. To which I received 6 vanilla, 3 choc & 3 red velvet. I ordered a week in advance, and upon pickup, they had put the cakes in the freezer so they were completely frozen. I rang up the store and spoke to the owner to advise I was no happy with the frozen cakes as we had a family gathering to go to straight from picking them up. The owner apologised and said someone had mistakenly put them in the freezer & I was told to let them defrost for 30 mins, so I did. An hour later, the complete makeup of the cake had changed as it was no longer fresh. It was defrosted. I could have broken a window with them. They were hard and glugey. Nothing like the previous cakes I had bought and they had been fresh and great. I expected the same quality especially when paying nearly $50. I understand people make mistakes but the owner did not care at all about what he could do to make my experience better so this is why I will not be ordering from them again. Would hate to risk this carelessness on something like a wedding cake.

I had a last minute request for cupcakes themed for a friend's favourite board game and Cupid's Delight were able to come through with the goods. They tasted nice and were open Saturday morning for pickup. Communication was a bit tricky over the phone but we got there in the end

We ordered a croquembouche for our wedding and it's gone by the end of the day! It was very delicious and morish and we wish we'd ordered a bigger one. Barbara was very punctual with the delivery too.

Would definitely recommend great customer service and amazing cake design. Few hiccups with delivery of the cake so only suggestion is to maybe give a call the night before just to confirm everything.

My mother in law ordered a cake for our wedding which was cancelled last year due to covid. We were unable to use the credit for the rescheduled event which was a few weeks past the 12 month mark. We used for for my daughters 1st birthday instead. Feedback from my mother in law was that the company was very difficult to deal with and they were not happy with the level of customer service. I was very disappointed with cake itself. Lacked flavour, was very dense, and was burnt on the outside. Feedback from everyone at the party was they did not enjoy it. Given the price they paid it was very poor quality. I am happy we did not end up using them for my wedding.

Fantastic service and product. Ordered over 50 for our Christmas party and they got demolished. The special gluten free ones had great reviews from the clients. Looking forward to using again in the future

My friend shared the cake with me and it was heaven down to the last morsel. It is so hard to find baked item as perfect as these are. Such a variety! Thank you for thinking of us Barbara. Your cakes are Perfection.

The service is fantastic, the time from order to delivery time is so quick, and the people are so friendly and professional. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We came here for our wedding cake tasting appointment/consultations & Barbara was so lovely. We tasted her chocolate & red velvet cake & as someone who doesn’t eat much cake, I think her cakes are so yummy & gorgeous to look at ️
