Recently I bought my first motorcycle and I dealt with Sam M. Sam was friendly and kind with all interactions I had with him either via email or in person, he remained professional at all times and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. I can’t wait to go back as I always felt appreciated when I dealt with Yamaha and their staff.

If your after a new bike and want great customer service, go straight to Ben Waters. He was awesome to communicate with and has all the answers you need when looking for the right bike. The only place to go for great quality and great people.

What can I say about these guys it's a great shop with amazing staff with plenty of knowledge for what you need, but that's just my opinion, so check them out for yourself

Parts and accessories are all good service have a lot of gear.if you are looking around the bikes to buy on more than one occasion no one comes to you no hi or can I help you bit disappointing

The sales staff as a whole are very friendly and happy to help regradless if it's bikes or gear you're after. I've always had good service at Cully's.
Recently had some issues with the wife's bike and the Service Department really looked after us also. They put up with our constant calls with grace and kept us in the loop with warranty repairs.

A disappointing shopping experience in parts today. A simple return for a refund for a part that was sold to me but didn’t fit my bike and was declined, offered credit instead. Eventually the manager did refund me but the parts staff made it such a hard experience, and unnecessary given it was simple case of being sold the wrong part.

The one small thing that irks me about Cully's is that they do not reward loyalty. I've gone there for years, spending far more money than I'd like to know. I go to some of the other local motorcycle stores which I visit for smaller things and protective gear now and over time they reward good repeated customer's loyalty. Cully's is large enough with a large enough customer base that I see no reason to not reward repeated loyalty in one way or another.

This is not to say the customer service is bad, it is fantastic. Staff are always friendly and always willing to help. Which is why I still go there for Yamaha parts, but less for accessories, clothing and gear. I now buy that from other locally run stores that generally reward me as a thanks for repeated business.

Walked into Cully’s Yamaha a week ago, spoke to a friendly Aurelio. Told him what bike I wanted. Within a week he had the exact bike I wanted in store, finance sorted at an extremely competitive rate and sold me all the riding gear I needed at a discounted price to boot. Couldn’t have been a better experience. I don’t usually do reviews, having said that, if you’re looking for a bike or riding gear pop into Cully’s Yamaha

Just went into cully's to buy a helmet and gear heaps off staff around but no body wanted to help out pretty poor wasn't even busy for them

Great place for bikes and accessories. In my limited experience has the best range of jackets and possibly helmets in Perth. Awesome website showing all items, prices and size availability. Helpful staff who seem knowledgeable and provide great advice.

Never been to a motorcycle shop that is so comprehensively stocked with everything that you don't need to go anywhere else.

Massive variety of parts and accessories, such a friendly and helpful team. Even if I can’t make it in to the store the website is easy to use and can always find what I’m looking for!
