Cuddles Early Learning & Childcare Carlisle

I’ve have used cuddles Carlisle for over 6 years and it feels like another family. What the centre lacks in newer facilities it makes up for in care and love of my children. My child in the baby room loves coming to daycare and it has helped her with routines and developing her skills. I love the diversity of the kids that attend. My baby loves cuddling the educators such as Ms Pooja and you can see they all genuinely care for her. Any issues we have had have been dealt with promptly. It put my mind at ease knowing I can leave her and work and she is in good hands.

Cuddles Early Learning & Childcare Carlisle has been such a great experience for our son, The Educators are very loving and caring and have created a bond with my child. They make every effort to make my son feel comfortable and safe. Love you guys!

My child attended Cuddles Carlisle from November 2022 to January 2023 I chose cuddles due to the outdoor space and friendly staff so I was disappointed that coke December he had significant nappy rash where he was unable to sit that would last days this occurred fortnightly I sent numerous emails to Peta and had seen a theme when the lead educator Puja left early he appeared to be left in soiled nappies and that’s when the rash occurred my emails went unanswered, I asked for a meeting which went unanswered and ultimately although Puja tried we left the centre. Interestingly our new centre he has not had nappy rash. I’m disappointed that Cuddles did not take me seriously or follow up my concerns and my child’s well-being was overlooked. I would not recommend

I have tried contacting Cuddles Carlisle multiple times and never received a call back?
If they can't manage that, I'm not to confident about leaving them with the care of children.

Great staff and extremely friendly and caring environment. My little girl has been going there for two years and loves it.

My son loves it here and the staff are all welcoming and happy to see him. We have had a recent incident which did raise some concerns for me as a FTM. However, the day care has responded and even sent me their policy around pick up and has welcomed suggestions which they we would be open to discuss. I do understand human error is inevitable. Thanks for being open to discussing this.

Cuddles Carlisle really beautiful centre with amazing staff and my 3yr old has been attending for 2 years, every educator treat my daughter like their own it's a fabulous daycare with a wonderful team of educators and couldn't recommend them enough

The carers are amazing. They know my child very well and that's really help in improving his skills development.
We definitely sending my second child here when it's time. And I highly recommend cuddles carlise to friends and family.

The facility is run seamlessly, regular updates on staff holidays and movements, menu planning including healthy recipe recommendations.updates on individual and group activities during the day and summaries on developmental learning outcomes.

My son has been there about 2 years he loves to play there.friendly and lovely staff. Many thanks for helping every time I requested something.

Absolutely disappointed at quality of service from Carlisle Cuddles. It took two weeks for me to follow up enrolment to find out that my email had apparently been sent to their junk mail.
I had to follow up multiple times to get access to the KindyApp to only be told that they didn't have my email on file! Strange because all our correspondence was via email. Once we got access to the App, we weren't even getting the daily reports on the same day my child was at day care. We either didn't get them or received them days later (once I followed up).
My child was recently sick and I requested that they give some Panadol before I arrive to pick my child up. I waited ten minutes on hold to only be told that they didn't have any Panadol on hand.
My child would come home hungry and tired as they never followed the nap time schedules that I discussed with them at orientation.
Don't be fooled by the recent five stars, the center is holding a competition. Whoever gives five stars is in the running for one free day.

Absolutely love this place. My daughter has been going to this day care for 6 months now. She loves the staff there and I can see that the staff genuinely care about the kids. I attended the Christmas event and I was very impressed as all the staff seem to know all kids by their name even if the kids belong in a different room.

My child has been going to Cuddles Carlisle for about two years now. I love the big spacious outdoor areas that she get to play there everyday. All the educators and staffs are very friendly and loving towards my child. They also very accommodating in changing my kid’s days which is great when our work schedules change quite often.

The team at Cuddles Carlisle have absolutely exceeded our expectations. I think we'd be hard pressed to a more caring and loving team, and the educators actually educate!

We moved to Perth in January and my son has been going to cuddles carlisle ever since. He was upset due to the change and all the educators have opened their arms and welcomed us like family. He has now settled in wonderfully and we can already see the learning changes he is doing. We have also had concerns raised and its good to see we can address these early and before school starts.
Very happy with the quick response if we have issues with our accounts or adding extra days.

My two children have had spent the most important moments in their life in Cuddles Early learning Centre Carlisle. Such a great place for all the little children who want to learning new things through the play! Highly recommended for those parents who are looking for a childcare centre with the professional educators and lots of love and caring for your little one.

Peta and Breena have been amazing, informative, flexible and always fast in responding to our enquiries.

I am very impressed that every carer at the childcare knows my son, his daily routine, dietary requirement and of course his favourite things to do.

All carers have great knowledge in guiding and looking after young children and especially fun to be around.

Definitely will be recommending Cuddle Carlise to friends and family.

We are so very glad to have found Cuddles. This is the best childcare we know, and at a good close location, the one in Carlisle. They have senior carers and educators that are experienced and super caring. They really know what they're doing. We've had two children at the centre, and it was actually a sad day when our first child 'graduated'. Both he and his sister have learned so much and the development in cognitive and social skills are very much noticeable. The carers are clearly caring people who build solid relationships with every child. We can't recommend Cuddles more highly.

Every day Cuddles creates magic. My children have been attending Cuddles Carlisle for a long time and the amount of love and passion they out into everything they do - from serving food to celebrating birthdays to daily videos. I couldn't ask for more. My children are confident and capable little people who have been shaped by the wonderful educators at Carlisle Cuddles
