5Needed to transport a welding machine between businesses, found it hard to find a company to help. CTI did it without hesitation or issues, definitely recommend.

Lost 10k worth parcel yesterday. This company subcontracts useless companies with inefficient delivery drivers. The driver left the packages in a location and didnt notify the receiver and ended up loosing 12 packages.
I have dealt with two of the companies that they have recently taken over here in WA for the past ten years. Their customer service was always excellent and they could always give you a quote over the phone in a matter of minutes. Now, with CTI, you have to send an email, wait an hour, get the quote and then call back and go through all the same information AGAIN! Bloody ridiculous waste of time. Its far easier and cheaper to pay a smaller company more.to get your quote faster.
By far one of the worst experience i have ever had with a transport company. They have absolutely no customers service skills. They scheduling is non existent, I've been waiting for a Ute pick up since 1030am it's now 2pm and I'm still waiting on it being picked up and delivered to site. At this point it would of been cheaper to cancel the job than pay 2 peoples wages for 4hrs. They also told me I was not I priority client because I paid COD rather than be a account client. Never using them again and I wouldn't recommend their sub-par service to anyone.
