Absolutely amazing service. After having a different company booked in which fell through, CT was able to come out in a few hours and moved all our stuff in 2.5 hours. Could not recommend these guys enough. Thanks for a stress free move!

Do not use this company. I had them booked about ten days in advance. The morning of my move (which was also the day before my house settlement) they cancelled on me. I had even paid a $100 deposit which I have never needed to do before for a Removalist. As you can imagine this was a very stressful experience. They should have found another Removalist and if one from there company was not able to work that day. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable service. Do not use.

They were puntcual, friendly and handled my belongings with care. All round great service and fair pricing. Would definitely use again.

This company cancelled just 3 hours before the job. Terribly unreliable. They just said that they don't have anyone to do the job. I paid booking fee more than a week ago and the booking was confirmed.

Pleased with the service. They actually arrived 2 hours early, but let us know, and this was better for us! Very accommodating and helpful.

Please read the terms and conditions of this company before you use them, as it states they will require FULL payment when a job is not yet completed and will not take responsibility when they damage your property as they remove your items. We had to pay a compensation to our agent of $150.00 on top of this as the removalists knocked our fridge in to a wall.

I've never had a more stressful day. This was meant to be a 2-3 hour job but turned in to over 7 hours due to the removalists dragging their feet to increase costs. We didnt have much at all to pack up and when we went to meet the removalists at the next destination (We left 2 mins after the removalists) they arrived 45 minutes after we did to go from wellard to cockburn, which was now a total of 65 minutes since we last saw them. They decided to take a lunch break on my time. When they arrived they also demanded payment, the job was not nearly complete. After speaking with the General Manager he also pressed for payment which is really unprofessional and aggressive. We were originally quoted around $200-$300 which we were fine with, but of course got a lot more stressful as the removalists could care less how much we had to pay and continued to move as slow as snails, we were ready to tell them to just unload the items on our driveway and we do the rest.

They broke our washing machine. The damage could not be seen on it until we plugged it in to do our laundry the next day and water started gushing out from beneath the machine. Scratches were also sustained on a table and stool.
The movers were chatty and fun, but they also asked for cash which I found a bit strange.
I mentioned to someone on the phone that we were moving a 4x2 house and I provided an approximate of the amount of goods we had to move. The representative said it would 'fit easily' in 1 or 2 trips max. It took 2 trips and we couldn't fit it all in, and had to incur more costs to hire another truck to move the remaining items the next day.
As a professional removalist + having the information regarding house items (and knowing that we were moving from a 4*2 house), we were not provided accurate information, had to incur further costs + had our items broken.

I had mixed results with this moving company. The first experience was great and the second was horrible. The owner didn't know about how bad my 2nd experience was. He took care of the situation and that driver no longer works with the company.

The owner is very "hands on". I would use the service but make sure that he is in the loop at all times. If it does not feel right, give him a call.

Their prices are very competitive and are flexible with scheduling.

Highly recommended! The guys were extremely efficient and went the extra mile to ensure all items fitted into the storage unit with great care.

WORST EXCUSE FOR A REMOVALIST COMPANY

Do not use this company! They are not professional removalists, could not complete the job, complained the furniture and boxes were and I quote "too heavy"

My partner and I had to move it more the 3/4 of the load inside ourselves because they took so long to move anything. They carried a small flat screen tv with 2 people!

They also damaged our walls and as compensation they offered a discount, umm no you will be repairing them.
Also they charged our credit card without our consent as well as charging a bogus credit card surge charge fee of $5 which is illegal.

Also they were more concerned about the cost of things instead of the move - alarm bells! Funny that the other reviews which are negative are ALL the same price of $515.00

I will NEVER recommend your company to anyone, for anything because I don't know what you actually offer because you are in way space or form a removals company.

I've never been more angry in my life.

I received a quote and booked a 2 hours time slot for them to come to my house today and collect and transport part of my furniture to the new place I was supposed to move into. Almost at the end of the time when they were supposed to come someone got in touch with me explaining that there would be a delay and proposed we did the moving tomorrow.
I explained that it was not possible, as I had other people that were expected to come in to finalize the relocation and the incovenience would have been too great, in which case I'd rather have cancelled and gone with another provider.
On hearing this they proposed another time on the same day at the end of the day. Again, close to this time the same person called me and advised that it would not be possible to come and again proposed we did the moving the tomorrow. It was very irritating, as she was aware of our previous conversation and she was also the one giving me assurances before that the moving would take surely place today, even after I urged her to double check with the movers before committing.

I need to call out the utter unprofessional conduct, the disdregard for their customers' needs and the purposedly misleading information on booking the new appointment. They were much more proactive in follwing up when they still had to get the quote accepted.

At the end of the day I had to cancel the moving and move the item that had to be in the house by tomorrow myself and also I had to move back the moving several days, which would be an incovenience for anyone. Now I am back in the market and back to squarenone to find another moving company.

I do hope they really reconsider the way they make businessand that they adopt a more open way to engage with their customers. It is not a given at all that people be willing or able to reschedule a whole moving, especially without any notice.

In conclusion after today's mess and the incovenience they have caused me, I would not recommend them if they were the last moving company on the planet.

It was a great experience. Professional service, polite crew and everything arrived undamaged.

Would definitely recommend to friends, family and business colleagues.

If i could rate this company 0 star i would. Absolutely terrible service. STAY AWAY from this company.

I booked an afternoon slot - 12: 00 pm to 14: 00 pm and i got a call at 12: 00 pm, advising the truck will be there at 14: 30. Then 14: 45 i called the company 3 times which then got told the truck will be there at 16: 00. The truck eventually turned up at 16: 15 with 2 people and they accessed the job and got me to sign the paperwork including my bank card details. Shortly after the guy told me he cannot do the job as his colleague has been working hard today and they are too tired and offered to do the job the next day. I ended up not moving after waiting almost 5 hours and had to sleep on the couch for the night as the bed was dismantled already.

Our driver was a friendly guy and took pride in his job. Furniture arrived undamaged but a little more care needs to be taken into account when placing items in and out of the truck by the drivers assistant.

We moved 4 bedroom home with lots of fragile and heavy/bulky items. The team arrived on time, were very careful, polite and friendly. Guys respected our belongings like they were their own. A pleasure to spend the day with both gentlemen.
