Christiane asks the right questions to help me enter a frame of mind to explore my feelings. I felt encouraged and, through that exploration, I was able to work through my emotions and come to a realisation of how to move forward.

I asked Christiane to work with me because I used to plan on doing a ton of things at the same time which made me feel stressed, frustrated, and in a rush all the time, After a couple of sessions, I now feel much more focused and I am being able to prioritise my tasks and allow enough time to perform each one of them. I seen Christiana in May last year to help stop smoking. I walked out of there like a new woman, i felt in control and was definitely not going to smoke again.
Christiana kept in touch to see how was going, we just had a chat the second time i seen her as hypnosis was not needed. Fast forward a little.i went to Bali a few weeks ago and it was there something triggered cravings and i had a few cigarettes with my partner.
I didnt smoke for 8 days after arriving home then i bought a packet.
The next day i called the amazing Christiana to have another session as there was no way i was going to be a smoker again.
After my session with Christiana i am back to feeling great as a non smoker. I cant speak highly enough of this amazing woman, easy to relax with her and her gentle voice.
Im so grateful for her coming into my life.
