GREAT DETAILS AND LOTS OF FANTASTIC INFORMATION AND WAS WELL EXPLAINED. THE ONLY THING I WISHED THAT WE HAD HAND OUTS AS THE MICROPHONE STAND WAS IN THE WAY AND THE WHITEBOARD WAS TO FAR TO THE RIGHT. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE MIDDLE WHERE EVERYONE COULD SEE EVERYTHING.:)

Overcharged and Underserviced
We thought for our first Australian house purchase we don't choose a settlement age by price. Thinking that the more you pay the better the service you receive. We shouldn't have bothered. CS Legal charged twice what the cheapest settlement agent quoted us. And what did we get in return: Jake Wensley from the Joondalup office who proved to be quite useless. There were no updates at all in the run-up to the settlement. In fact the settlement date we only heard by pure coincidence from the real estate agent. When prompting Jake at CS Legal for an update he wanted the purchase price (a million dollars!) within hours. Ridiculous. However where CS Legal seems to be prompt is when it comes to getting paid. Their invoice we received in no time. No prompting needed. Funny that. CS Legal's slogan is that "experience speaks for itself" It truly does! Our verdict: Don't bother with this company. The next time we will just go with the cheapest quote. Anyone's service certainly can't be worse than what CS Legal provides in our experience.

This was my first attendance at a CS Legal training seminar, and not my last. I found it extremely informative and Richard's legal knowledge and understanding of real estate combining them confidently and easily understandable. Thanks Richard, Michelle and Team.
