Very nice and clean park and staff are always very helpful and friendly thanks to the staff keep up the good work happy camper

Great service here which reflects back to people staying here, everyone is extremely friendly & happy.
For the staff. Nothing is toooo much trouble for them, they are always Helpful.
Especially the reception.
I will certainly pass on the good word in my travels.

Pretty spot but not good if you're camping. I didn't end up staying as the rude front desk person kept asking me about my exact tent size but then interrupting me before i could answer

Excellent caravan park. Large sites. Friendly locals. Safe location. Showers and toilets were clean. Laundry facilities clean.

Devastated I made an error with my booking and can not be accommodated now. Having emailed back and forth I thought I was right to go but nope I stuffed up. The person answering the phone thought apologetic, their tone of voice put me into a head spin and I had a cry. Make sure u get your confirmation email when u book otherwise u are not booked in!: (and Yes an offer was eventually made but my embarrassment was too great by that stage thank you

The manager has a heart of Gold. Thank you for your help when I had nowhere to go and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Reminded me that people can do the right thing.

A big site and permanent residents here are super friendly. Charmaine at the office is wonderful

This little hidden gem is a great place. We only stayed 3 days but would return here w/ out hesitation.
Clean, tidy, spotless amenities & lots of friendly neighbours. Has a shop out the front which is perfect. Tranquil setting. Lovely atmosphere. Cant praise this place enough.

Fantastic place to stay. Spotless amenities. For a park with many permanents it’s amazing to find such well kept and cared for units. A real pleasure & so quiet. Park cafe open extended hours. Loved it.

The staff are lovely. The park itself is basic but the amenities were clean and tidy. But for pet friendly it’s everything. The dog run area is what made it the best stay Iv ever had at a park! Thanks you so much for the dog pay yard!

Room was nice and clean, amenities ok but a bit dirty at times.theain issue is the ppl in the office! Booked for 3 days Initially, paid, then a few hours later was informed I had to pay a $200 cleaning deposit (which I paid straight away). I then needed to stay a couple of extra nights which was no drama but after I had paid found out that in 2 days time no power was available to my room for I was told 8hrs but ended up being 10.5hrs (no offer of a discount for the use of the room which I had already paid for or offer of compensation for the food I had to throw out due to lenghth of power outage). Then after I had left the park (on a Sunday) was told mon would be when the deposit would be refunded, I waited till Tuesday b4 calling about it, got told by the office lady she didn't have the authority to refund I would have to wait till Wednesday, so waited till wed arvo b4 calling again, she took my card details but as of today it's been 6days now and still no $ into my account! Rang the office on last Fri to enquire 1st got told that the other lady didn't need a authority to process, then quickly changed to it's a new eftpos machine and she didn't know how to use it, to it was the banks fault cause they didn't provide them with some code or something! When I pointed out that it's already been 5days since I left the park but am still waiting for the $ (which I had paid the day they asked) & why is it's taking so long she basically handballed it to the banks issue and hung up on me! Will definitely not be using this place again and will be surely not recommend to any1 else.

Their crispy potato chips are one of the best in tha smokoshop fast food business and I've tasted alot of a many fast food joints but u will add this one to ya fav spots great owners and it polite to use your manners please and thankyou go a mile #definelydoesnthurtnoone.

Tranquil semi rural caravan park with its own Bandicoots ducks and off course various typical aust birds ie 28.s and parrots but really the facilities having been upgraded recently shows the commitment to security tranquillity and peace of mind.well paved roads.lead to plenty of sites easily accommodating 24feet caravans and bigger however not forgetting the soon to be finished camp kitchen and improvements to the pool area are not far off and it goes without saying i live in the park as a permanent tenant.people here are always very friendly and helpful especially the camp management** are always there to facilitate a smooth transition to yr site or other accommodation not forgetting dogs are allowed subject to above restrictions as seen in photo

Very Highly Rated. Overall wonderful experience living here. We have been Here for around four months and the whole time We’ve been treated with nothing but the utmost respect and care from the managers and staff, Xavier and Marylin always greet you with a smile. Being first time travelers have a lot to learn about a caravan and Xavier was a massive help showing us different things on our van and what to do. The caravan park grounds a very tidy and well looked after, toilets and showers very clean. First class. We were planing to stay for the next 12 months before going on our travels but have got new work in another town. Going to be very hard to leave the place and the people, but looking forward to coming and staying on our visits.

We went there on a Saturday afternoon, the office was closed so we called the number for after hour for staying. The response was that it was closed till Monday! Seriously?

What a great place to stay. With cabins that have a complete kitchen with oven and cooktop and all the utensils, tv, aircon and a good size fridge. Xavier and the team are fantastic.

I live permanently at the park, we are close to Kalamunda and lesmerdie, nice location surrounded my horse properties
