Crust Pizza

Not once but on THREE occasions yes 3! I managed to get a tiny black hair in my pizzas, absolutely DISGUSTING! I literally dry reached and threw them in the bin, I never went back to complain because I was to embarrassed as I was a loyal customer and the service was absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly, it's such a shame this one factor ruined it as now I haven't eaten a crust pizza since, please be more hygienic, I want to come back but I always have that thought in the back of my head now

Great food and fast local delivery service. So much better than the big chains that do all the advertising.

We love our local Crust Pizza. We've ordered delivery and pickup many times before and it's always hot and delicious. Yesterday there was a mistake on one of our pizzas and they apologized and immediately made and delivered a fresh new one. I was really impressed by their customer service, they're always very friendly and very responsive!

The most disappointing and disgusting Crust Pizza I’ve ever eaten! We normally order Crust Pizza from the Crust store in Beldon but unfortunately tonight we couldn’t get through to the store so we decided to try the Carine Crust and it was a massive mistake! Nowhere even close to the quality of pizza from the Beldon store! Will never get pizza from this store again and will definitely not recommend anyone else to get pizza from there! Still trying to get the horrible taste out of my mouth!

Ordered the family deal, drinks didn't rock up, pizza had ingredients on it that were asked to be left out. Pizza was also cold. Rang the store and they told me it was my fault for how I used the app, which was incorrect, and then hung up on me after saying what felt like a very condescending, sorry.

Edit. Was delivered my drink and a new pizza, and asked to ring the store back. When I did they offered a free garlic bread and drink and apologised for the mix up. So credit to them for that. Still don't like being hung up and told I'm wrong when I'm not, but I appreciate that they apologised and made right. Pizzas are very nice when it all goes well.

Won’t deliver to Padbury, however they will deliver to Sorrento and Hillarys? Doesn’t make sense, and the lady on the phone couldn’t give me an answer as to why.

Padbury is literally closer to their store compared to Sorrento and Hillarys, yet they won’t deliver here. Very strange.

Asked the manager for me, who also couldn’t give an answer.

Ended up ordering from the Beldon store who is another 1km further away, who deliver to Padbury!

One very confused customer.

The WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered a ham & cheese pizza and with one bite I was greeted with chunks of pineapple and this is the second time this has happened (last time being given a whole Hawaiian pizza). As I was now sick of this happening and become sick when I eat pineapple I complained and asked for the pizza I actually ordered to be delivered. Took around 25 minutes and when the Indian man who must be the manager/owner arrived he asked for the original pizza back which we happily handed over and then went inside to hopefully enjoy the new pizza. 1 minute later had a knock at the door with the man aggressively telling us there was no pineapple and we were wrong. What type of service is this? We did not get what we ordered and we have the right to complain and why would I lie just to willingly hand back the pizza and wait 1 hour since originally ordering to receive my one ham and cheese pizza! Absolutely astounded that a business can treat a customer so rudely at their door after themselves making a mistake! Will never purchase from Crust Carine again and will make sure I tell everyone I know of this experience. Must work so well for you treating customers so badly:)

TERRIBLE EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE FROM OWNER! Will NEVER EVER BUY CRUST AGAIN!
We used to buy all the time in Sydney and pizza and service was great.
Second time we used this store, first time the driver got lost and delivered our pizza hour late and it was over cooked with little topping.
We were giving another chance tonight only to be told that we were no longer entitled to free delivery that we had always had unless minimum purchase was $25 when pizza was only $23 after increase since last time. Owner told me he was 100% certain that we had never possibly ordered from crust before and got free delivery on one pizza, so he was accusing me of being I liar. We then agreed to make additional purchase because we were starving only for him then to tell me that I was not allowed to call and order over phone as it was “harassing them” and they then had to Pay extra 15c to process over phone.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Safe to say I hung up phone and had tuna and rice.

Indian guy serving me seemed oddly imperious or maybe that should be 'self-righteous' because I do find a lot of Indians with similar kind of attitude toward aussie anglo's, he was even a little bit pissed in his customer relations towards me [who knows], nevertheless I decided to trust one of my family members previous good reviews, so I ordered and paid for one of its very very expensive supposed 'high quality' gourmet style pizza's which cost me upwards of twenty bucks. NEVER AGAIN.
It was a marinara pizza, I think some of the 'high expensive quality' shrimp were greatly off that evening because I retched up the contents into the toilet bowl approximately one hour after eating it. Not good.
