Crust Pizza reviews
48Staff was ok, I ordered Carbonara, got straight out of the oven, only the bottom of the box was hot, rest of the meal was cold and no flavour, watery at the bottom ended up in the bin after first fork full. Not recommended. May be pizzas are better.
So I ordered pizza and added extra dried tomatoes, they covered whole pizza with dried tomatoes that were extremely sour in taste. It was like eating bread with pickles only. Terrible experience,
Reply to your refund comment- I threw away whole pizza as soon as I took 2nd piece. I tried to convince myself that might be first piece, but second piece tasted same. Never mind with refund, anyway this was my first and last order. That dried tomatoes were like months old the way it tasted.
One large veg pizza minus 2 toppings n add 2 toppings cheesy garlic bread n can of Fanta
$37 what a Ripp off,
We had the paneer masala pizza. The sauce seemed a little bland and it was missing the punch
Ps: I didn't ask for spicy. I have had pizzas before and at crust too.
The sauce was bland and not flavourful which is different from being spicy. Maybe instead of justifying or assuming my preferences, you should act on feedback.
Thanks:)
My pizza was super delicious with enough ingredients and cooked very well.
Excellent service aswell
I find the staff here very friendly and pleasant. The operation is very slick and efficient. If not ordering on line, it pays to double check your orders before paying as innocent easy order inconsistencies can and do occur.
It was wonderful experience at crust pizza innaloo with a staff with their really honest modesty by the point of service, however it was the issue about that what I order on phone and what they prepare for me that was my misunderstanding about the order but finally the staff name parvindar she has sweetly handle my misunderstanding and served me what I exactly I ordered, I really appreciate and wish to admire her service on this platform, infact the other staff present there was decent too. Thanks crust pizza innaloo Parvindar and all staff
Indian style pizza is highly recommended if you like but spicy, and yay paneer pizza is back,
Must try only at Innaloo
So there was a mix up with our order and when we went to call to get it cleared up, the guy we spoke to was very rude. Instead of finding a solution he just told us to go through uber eats and get a refund. Instead of recognizing the fault of false advertisement the employee hung up on us without a resolution. The pizza does not look appetising in the slightest and have spent $40 on a pizza that is not worth $20.
This is one of the best place in Perth for me to get pizza. Very friendly staff, delicious pizza fast service and always fresh food stuff. Amazing!
Gluten free option- don’t bother, just get kettle chips from the servo or wait til Hugo’s pizza opens
Just awesome, when we eat the Pizza here, you never wants to go anywhere else. Try it, you will know.
$72 for 2 pizza’s that I ordered large and came with a Medium on box? & 2 very small serves of pasta. Biggest rip off will never use again!
These guy's live up to their name Crust Pizza as not only was the pizza awesome, the crust and base were cooked to perfection too. One of the best pizza I've ever eaten. Loved it!
Well the pizza was ok, not much topping. However; it wasn't the pizza, it was the atrocious customer service. Three of us walked into the store and waited to be served. While waiting another bloke walked in behind us and he was served before us. I wasn't wearing my invisible cloak either that day. Then we stood there and was staring at our second order on top of the oven, which just needed to be handed to us. Meanwhile our pizza went cold.
Yeah you need to fix your customer service.
Ordered garden salad $10.50 complete rip off, more taste eating the packaging. Supreme pizza very average!
Omg pay $60 for only 3 pizzas and they were absolutely disgusting
What a rippoff
I think I'll stick to dominoes next time at least they are fresher
The pizza is amazing, but the service was a let down tonight! I understand the new measures because of the crisis at the moment, but not acknowledging your customer picking up their online order and only serving Uber/Deliveroo drivers is not the way to go (and me asking if he could serve me!). Not sure we’ll order there till things get better.which is a shame for the business.wish the usual staff was not there because they are usually super friendly!
Very very rude staff member threw his hands up in air and rolled his eyes at me because he clearly didn’t know how to pronounce “Jatz” and called out our order as “Jess” which we obviously didn’t respond to. I have no problem with you not being able to pronounce the name “Jatz” but it’s not my fault, no need to be so rude and throw your hands up in the air when we realised it was our order you were calling out. You clearly have no customer service skills and should learn how to be a polite human being. You just lost a customer! Ciao
We tried crust pizza again after a long break as the quality changed dramatically when the ownership changed some years ago.unfortunately if anything it has got worse.gone are the days of ingredient laden pizzas with a light thin and crispy base. I would say the ingredients have halved or less and the base is chewy and tough.wont be spending $90 for 4 large pizzas there anymore.complete rip off.
