Not store related - UBER EATS issue
I made an advanced order for 7/11 (on 6/11) for my team at a differnt location to me for 1pm. The order went through no isues online. It was not until after the delivery time, my team questioned where the food was, that I logged into Uber Eats App to see the order was cancelled due to "technical difficulties" by Crust Pizza Vic Park. Looking on Google, the store is NOT open until 5pm. The store and Uber Eats need to confirm their hours // communicate so their ordering platforms work accurately.

I had a peri peri chicken pizza in crust Victoria park, it was so yummy and tastes so good. Staff was friendly and polite. Must try.

I have ordered large peri peri chicken pizza. The taste was too good and must try one. The staff was very friendly and polite.

Love their pizzas and Caesar salad. Always busy, but staff are friendly and foods are always great.

Few weeks ago had the Mediterranean lamb, omg lamb was hard and old, totally not recommended, my order was also before closing for some reason when I arrived the pizza was cold, I email them 10 mins after but they obviously don’t care is Shane I used love this pizza

Ordered two pizzas to be delivered. Wrote specific directions describing the entry to the property and asking the driver to call us when approaching to ensure they would find us alright.

The driver was 20 minutes late, saying he could not find the place (obviously he didn't read our message). The pizzas were cold when delivered.

Not ordering to be delivered from Crust Vic Park again.

The customer service and quality of the pizza and work put in at this store is exceptional. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Very very disappointed! We ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza, the BBQ sauce is over sweet, and tastes like a sweet-sour base. We also order Pasta, the noodles are even not cooked well, tough to eat. Really waste food and waste money. We will never go back.

11" standard size a little small for family meal. We got 3 x 11" and 1 x 13" for 4 adults - just Eno to satisfy everyone. Next time I'll upgrade them all to 13".

Nice menu, friendly efficient staff, nice pizza with fresh toppings and good selection of sides. Only disappointment was the aioli garnishes, just way too heavy.

My wife ordered for a work function today. The service was excellent, the pizzas were delivered on time and they were all delicious. The Szechuan chilli prawns and Beef Truffle Rossini were favourites. Thoroughly recommend this place for your next catering. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Go here often, overall well made pizzas. The other day I had asked for extra sauce on top of a supreme which is usually charged. But when I went in to collect, the lady waived it off for me. Great customer service. Will be back

These two workers turned of/disconnected the phones at 9pm they shut at 10.
When I went down there they were both at the back, there reasoning for disconnecting the phones was because they had run an out of an item.

Note to self. Never buy pasta from a pizza place. It was cold, what limited sauce that was there was watery and flavourless.

Delicious pizza, I rang and ordered half Mediterranean lamb/Hawaiian extra large it was fresh and delicious especially the base was perfect! The staff member who I spoke to over the phone was polite and helpful.

Cold pizza (and I mean cold!) arrived with toppings essentially raw.and a base like cardboard - the garlic bread also cold, the butter inside solid, not melted. Just awful! $31? You got me once, you won't get me again.

Used to be 5 stars. But somehow lately their quality is going down. Ordered today for dinner, their pizza wasn’t as good as before. And their spaghetti bolognese was disappointing! Their driver was nice as usual!

Revisited Crust recently. Has changed a lot. Seems to be aiming quite a bit below the gourmet market now. Not bad value though as prices a bit cheaper and the kids like it.

I have been there today around 7: 30 pm. Staff was very rude with me. Service was not good. While ordering my pizza I asked them extra peri peri on my pizza. After 15 min I get my order and I asked them extra peri peri because he forget to put extra peri peri on my pizza and he is arguing with me with no reason. Disappointed customer service I ever seen in my life.
