Has Crust lost its mojo?
Smaller pizza & prices seem to be going up, but for what.are the pizzas better?

I've always loved Crust, but this branch was such a let down. Our food was tasty and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, our food was twenty minutes late and when it arrived half of the toppings were missing from one of the pizzas. Upon calling the store they organised to send out a replacement pizza and when that arrived there were still ingredients missing. The other pizzas were also a bit dry. Tasty, but overall a bit disappointing: (

I've ordered delivery from here several times and it's always good. Bit pricey but the sizes are larger than normal.

Good pizza usually, forgot to add the extra toppings I paid for and bit light on cheese. Bit hit or miss

Expected better for the price they charge. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Second time ordering from this crust, on both occasions they gave us the wrong pizzas, with ingredients that we didn't order for each pizza. Plus when they stuffed up by not adding aioli we questioned this as we had payed for it, they made us pay an extra $4 for them to put something on that was supposed to be there in the first place. Also the flower and hair that was embedded in one pizza goes to show the lack of quality put into "gourmet" pizzas. I could get a better pizza for half the price at Dominos and they'll get the ingredients right the first time.

Bought the Moraccan Lamb couple days back and it was the worst pizza from a crust franchise.

Was over-cooked and bitter cause the pizza was burnt.

Had probably the most bland pizza in the world. Went for the vegan Funghi option. It was so lacking in taste that I could not eat it without adding extra sauce and spices at home.

Good balance with the toppings just enough tomato base and cheese, the base had the texture of too little or no yeast. If this was corrected then I would give them 5 stars

Pizza tastes good but just ordered ice cream and it was 5 dollars for 100ml! Rip off! That's 50 dollars per kilo

Turned up cold, was charged $10 more on delivery then told when placing the order. Over priced poor quality.

Fresh and tasty ingredients, friendly staff, nice variety of pizzas available and a clean looking pizza joint.

Delivery is a joke. We're not that far, in como, takes over 90 mins. IF you decide to have their pizza dont deliver through them, pay for another delivery service they dont deserve it.

We ordered a meat lover pizza over the phone and it took about 55 minutes and when I called them for the last time they said it will probably be 15 minutes to arrive and we just living 2 street away from the store also was very cold and meat wasn’t fresh at all.
Will not recommend unongenised and weak management.

Yeah they would have got a five star except for i couldnt think with the music up so loud neal was lively

Will not order again dry crust.not fresh. I waited 1hr for delivery 3 March. I live one Street away! Pizza poor quality!

Tasty like Dominos in a different box. Dough tasted like goo don't think it was baked long enough. Over priced crap food nothing gourmet about this place will not order again.

Pizzas are good if a little overpriced, unfortunately they like many of these fast food stores spam your letterbox with their advertising garbage regardless of any signs to the contrary. Bad policy.

Felt very sick after having the meat deluxe. I think the non-fresh ingredients was the cause as the meats were brown to begin with.

Como store- Went to the wrong location for delivery, 1.5 hours later. We had to go collect the pizza nearby meant to be delivered. When we phoned to ask where the food was I got told "what you want" when explaining our food had not arrived yet. I ordered an ice cream as well which had melted. Plus they used different ingredients to other stores used. No follow up from the store or crust despite speaking to them 5 times now in the past week.
