Tonight, I ordered online and after 1 hour, I called the business stating that I had not received my order.

After some time trying to figure out where my order went, I got put through to the manager. After some discussions to resolve the situation, the manager concluded by stating the situation was stressing him out and that I was on call with him whislt he was having dinner. He then proceeded to say that unde consumer law, I wouldn't be entitled to a refund (which is a complete lie, that he then backtracked on).

He then said he wasn't interested in talking to me and then hung up.do not bother putting your money to support a business where the manager felt it to be an inconvenience to resolve a situation with a consumer

This is a hidden gem.a real authentic taste in subi.such a great service and on time delivery also.really a great place to calm down your taste buds.)

Ordered takeout here and arrived 40 mins past estimated delivery time and stone cold. The fries were grey, never seen anything like it - bizarre and disgusting. Went in the bin where it belonged, don't bother

I asked the staff a few questions about toppings before placing an order and they had absolutely NO idea regarding there own products.

I then placed my order and waited, and waited, and waited, about half an hour after placing my order the staff realised that my pizza had been sitting on top of the pizza oven and just left there and NO ONE bothered to inform any other staff or me that the pizza was ready and had been on top of the oven for over 20 minutes.

All I got from the staff at Crust Subiaco was a " I'm so sorry "
Absolutely unbelievable. No service recovery at Crust.

It was like the staff had no idea what they were doing and had to told what to do constantly by I assume the manageress who was flustered regarding her staff.

By the time I got to my hotel 5 minutes later the pizza was luke warm and far from being hot.

We called to order, he said I call you back in 30. I asked if he will call back for sure in that timeframe (otherwise I would just have ordered somewhere else). He said " Not sure, we will see how busy I am". I said "well that doesn't sound so promising". He said "Look, the longer you talk the longer it takes. Keep talking and it will take longer and longer"

Pizzas are good quality and generous in topping - sometimes over generous with sauces. Bases are great and customisation is effortless.

I was pleasantly surprised with the way the peri peri not chicken came out! It was pretty amazing! Pricey tho.

Busy pizza and pasta shop with plenty to choose from. Tasty toppings yet lacked flavour in crust. Would buy again if craving a pizza much better than competitors offerings.

Ordered their new sausage plant base pizza. Wow.its really good. Subiaco does the best dough. Pizza always full of ingredients. Will recommend to anyone thats looking to have gourmet pizza.

Crust is awesome. I've tried several outlets of crust throughout WA, and Crust Subiaco is by far the best. Long time customer and intend to continue being.am lucky to have on my doorstep

We work with Crust Subiaco for our event catering, and time after time they absolutely exceed our expectations. The pizzas are delivered on time, piping hot, clearly labelled and dietary requirements taken into consideration. The quality does not deteriorate with the large volume order either. The staff at the store are an absolute delight to work with, and our guests always rave about the delicious Crust pizzas. Thanks for being so awesome and making organising our events a dream!

Pizzas are yummy, great service and short waiting time, definitely introduce to my friend. Szechuan chili prawn is my favorite.

Prosciutto pizza wasnt hot. Pizza base was limp, crust was soaked in oil. The Prosciutto was terrible quality / oily. The parmesan was laid on thick over the top of the rocket before it's brief stay in your oven. This was an offensively inedible pizza. The " diced " tomato was actually several large unevenly luke warm slices. I used to like your pizza and I understand how hard it is to survive and run a small food business without going bankrupt. I would prefer that you would charge more and provide a delicious product instead of using poor quality ingredients to cover your costs. $14 is cheap, I'd pay $20 at least for a pizza that is cooked as you describe on your menu. I hope I'm not too harsh, I will try you again perhaps in six months time. Nick

Very well maintained bar of ingredients, customer service was great by the staff members they made me feel right at home. They were celebrating a birthday there and even offered me cake. Keep up the good work guys your pizzas are delicious. Add ketchup to the menu as well

Located in the heart of Subiaco - Crust Subiaco is a favourite of ours when our pantry’s empty or when we don’t feel like cooking. Great tasting (takeaway) pizza with a variety of traditional pizzas and more exotic pizzas (including vegan). Friendly staff. And if picking up - usually ready in 10-15 minutes. Ample parking - across the road.

Amazing Pizzas. Really quite good value for money for the quality of ingredients they put on! Definitely better than the lacklustre "premium" pizzas offered by Dominos which is only a tad bit cheaper.

If your not eating a Crust Pizza, then you have surely overlooked one of the Best Pizzas in Perth.

This branch refused to honor its catering options which are online!

When I tried to submit a catering order for approx 11-13 pizzas I was prompted with an error message and to go into store. I emailed the store and showed them a screenshot of the error and the pricing for the pizzas.

I went down to the store and told them if they had received my email. Nope, apparently not. They then went out the back and told me they saw the email and happy to do the order and pay in store.

We went through the pizzas I wanted to get and to be told a completely different price. I told the lady that my screenshot showed a different price. She CONFIRMED but said she couldn't honor the pricing. She then called her manager to then tell me "We cannot offer this catering option" and proceeded to charge me FULL price for all the pizzas despite saying this is their 'catering' option when I have previously done the same thing with cheaper pricing.

While they taste great, I cannot support a local business that is doing a dodgy practice which will be pressed to ACCC should this not be resolved with their head office (Which I am still waiting for a reply after 6 days!)
