I had a wonderful time of relaxation at this place. Beautiful and clean setting. From spa to steam to massage. I feel rejuvenated after the treatment with bliss massage. Thanks to lovely Ida, who did the treatment. Thank you for the service. I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back again. I dare recommend it to anyone, visit crown spa and feel the experience of being pampered.

Contacted via email on Wednesday to make a booking for an advertised promotion as bookings were unable to made online, Missed call on Thursday with voicemail left stating that the booking was available and to call back.

Attempted to return call on Friday, rang out and left voicemail. Did the same again Tuesday and then emailed again explaining the above. Contacted 12pm Wednesday, almost a week after my initial enquiry to be told fully booked, claimed they never received any voicemails, that bookings should be made 6-8 weeks in advance (even though one of their own colleagues confirmed availability of my requested timeframe the previous week) and that they don't answer the phone after 2pm despite the fact hours are listed as 9am - 5pm Sun-Thurs and 9am - 7pm Fri-Sat.

Incompetent and has put me off visiting in the future.

Crown spa was a beautiful experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional.
Do yourself a favour and book in with Kaneesha for a full body massage. She read my body perfectly and applied the right pressure in the right places. Best massage I've ever had!

Absolutely amazing experience today. Everything well thought out and the customer service was outstanding. Was it expensive? Yes. But was it value and worth it? Absolutely!

The staffs were really friendly and I went in feeling amazing. The facilities were really clean and the whole experience was great!

The spa was beautiful and service fabulous.

The massage was good, however I wouldn’t say great. However, the products used smelt amazing.

The steam room was clean and large.

The only negative comment I could make is that the lights were kept on bright whilst I was having my massage. I think it would have been nice for the lights to be dimmed. The waiting room for the massage was dim and felt very relaxing.

The tea and fresh orange juice was a nice refresher.

The place was designed five star and fancy but the experience unfortunately was not. First off we were asked to fill in health details when making booking, again before the day of massage, then masseuse verbally asked again on the day. I said avoid the arm with the implannon and she still ended up pressing straight into it full strength! It hurt internally for a few days.

The other thing is during the aqua retreat part there were two ladies who were also there screaming giggling and running around shouting foul languages the whole 45 minutes I was there… yea that’s on the ladies not the spa but it definitely killed the experience.

I’m not sure if the price is worth it $230 an hour massage.the only good part is that there was valet parking complimentary. ‍️

Biggest disappointment ever. As I wanted a deep tissue massage we were told there was only 1 person qualified so we booked 3 months in advance. When we arrived at the Crown Towers for our 2 day stay, we received a text to advise that there was a 15% surcharge at the spa that they forgot to mention. We headed to the spa to check our booking for the next day. Only then we’re we told that the person we booked for the deep tissue massage had resigned and no one else was qualified so it had to be a standard massage.
When we arrived and went into the hydro spa we thought it was pretty average so we went to the steam room. Thought we’d take another plunge into the hydro spa. It was stone cold with no jets working. When we mentioned this to reception they simply said ”oh it wasn’t working, thought it had been fixed so we will let maintenance know. ” The massage itself was less than average, certainly not 5 star and not worth the $250. Won’t be going back, there’s far better out there for half the price.

What an incredible experience that I will surely recommend to everyone. Sarah was the delightful young lady who looked after me today and she was amazing. I walked out out feeling relaxed and calm.

Terrible communication, cancelled my 3 hour appointment on my arrival (apparently due to COVID staffing issues) even though staying in house and visiting from interstate so impossible to reschedule. No message sent to me to cancel and even received a confirmation text yesterday! Staff were rude and defensive, tried to make me feel as though it was my fault for their lack of follow-up and attention to detail. Exceptionally poor customer service and even worse welcome back for repeat guests.

I loved every minute of the Celebration package. Try and get there an hour before your booked appointment so that you can relax in the spa and the waterfall shower - it’s the relaxation before the relaxing 3 hour massage and facial… just perfect! Again, as with everything else at Crown Towers, the customer service was exemplary!

A totally blissful experience.

I went with the 90-minute Subtle Energies Holistic Customisable Facial - The treatment itself was a 5-star as my therapist Janice was amazing & very professional by ensuring I had a very relaxing experience and my skin feeling fresh & hydrated.

The reasons for the overall 4-star is due to the booking system. Firstly I didn’t receive an e-mail confirmation right after booking the treatment, as such I wasn’t sure if the booking went through (it did go through). After receiving text and e-mail confirmations a day prior to the appointment, for some reason my appointment time on the day got changed from 2pm to 2.15pm which meant that I had to wait at the lounge without knowing what was going on until I asked reception. Thankfully I didn’t have anything else on immediately after the appointment so I was still able to properly enjoy the overall experience.

Great service. Wife said the spa was the best she's ever had in Australia. I had to rebook a few times due to personal events but the reception always fit it in without any issues.

Bumped my wife’s massage treatment a level from what I had booked over the phone without advising me and then gave me a hard time when I objected to paying the extra cost telling me. ”well, you should have checked your confirmation email” Reception staff, one in particular, need some training in customer service skills. Apart from that, the facilities and the massage therapists we had were outstanding. We’ll be back, and next time I’ll have to check the confirmation email

I had the most amazing experience, so relaxing, it was the best, my consultant was Nele, she was just awesome.

Gabriella is such a sweet kind lady, this is the second time this lady has made me feel special and look like a million dollars. She is a master make up artist. Place is exceptional just like this lady. Thanks Gabriella
