Service very damn bad! Chek in the hotel at 11.00 pm at night and i ask for late chek out additional 1 more hour they charge me 50 aud! Worsttttt ever hotel!

Firstly our aircon wasn't working in our twin room, four of us stayed for equestrian in the park and it was a hot weekend! (All in the 1 twin room)
Complained 3 times about the air-conditioning until someone came and looked at it, for the size of the room it should have been ice cold but still wasn't working to its full potential even after the maintenance man came.
Small room size and bathroom for what you pay for.
Cleaners only left 3 towels on our second even though they new we had 4 people staying and had collected 4 used towels in the morning.
Room was dusty and visual able finger and hand prints on the main door. Behind the bathroom door their was collected dust.
Even though this is the cheaper crown stay it doesn't mean that attention to detail and lack of quality should be cheap also.
Wouldn't stay again.

The room was lovely, view (of the carpark) was still pretty cool and the curtains and lights were fancy and nice. Only thing I didn't like was the placement of the door stopper when you sit on the toilet

I found the staff very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and well maintained. The only problem was the bed as when you s I t on it felt like it wanted to roll away from you and everytime you turned over the bed clunked and made horrible noises. If I go again, I will ask for a different room to see what it is like. The room was priced at, $209 bit for some reason I was charged 220. Will try again because of the proximity to the casino

This place is a shocker. Worst service, especially room service I have EVER encountered, especially considering how much they charge. Its now 12 hours later and I am still waiting for my ICE. The food was disgusting, a microwave special. The ketchup comes in an adult proof container, impossible to open. A walk down the hallway, every room service tray on the floor, ketchup is unopened. First and last time at a CROWN hotel.

A bit on the pricey side for what you get.when part of it was vouchers for a birthday pressie.what else can you do.
The best part is the location next to the xasino if you're going to have a late night early morning.
Staff were friendly and helpful

Rooms are great, however I think it would be better if they allowed you to use Netflix. Also. The Pringle's in the mini bar were off, the staff were really nice and happy nit to charge for bad chips.

We booked the staycation family stay 3 pay for 2 deal, free bottle of sparkling, free valet, unlimited in house movies and free buffet breakfast each day for 2 adults and 2 children.

We were expecting to feel out of place staying at a hotel of Crown (especially with our 3 girls), but to say we felt welcome is an understatement. They level of service is phenomenal. From the welcoming smiles, Politeness (our gentleman even opened my door) at valet, and how understanding he was when he tried to say hello to our Youngest (6) (who doesn't like new people and she hid from him) to the friendliness at reception and the concierge.

The room was amazing with views of the city to boot. The beds were lovely and comfortable. The room was also extremely clean, and smelt fresh.

Had breakfast at Market & Co and it did not dissapoint. Super fresh food and hot! Lovely cold juices and water and hot coffee!

This place is amazing we will be back! But maybe with a balcony for fresh air into the room.

The crown experience never fails to deliver, everything about this property is "above all else"

Paid for king superior they gave us a twin, promised a bottle of champagne to make up for it and it never arrived, room was filthy worst service ever

Arrived to our room on check in to find dirt on top of the sheets and a big toe nail clipping in plain view on the carpet.
Reverse cycle only has 2 settings;
either 40 degrees or -20.
Decided to get room service after returning back to our room and ordered a wagu beef burger with chips and a char grilled
chicken sandwhich with lettuce and avacado. The toast was burnt to a crisp and stone cold. Accompanied by the smallest spec of avacado and only marginally bigger piece of lettuce (I'm talking not even 2cms.) The burger was microwaved and greasy as. The freshest thing on the plate was the tomato sauce!
Ate the kit kat and m&m's from the minibar to tie us over until the morning and on check out the staff member could not contain the judgemental look on her face for eating 2 items from the mini bar. Left our nights stay $600 poorer, sleep deprived from not being able to regulate the temperature in the room and very hungry.

Great staff friendly and helpful. All aspects were catered for. Will definitely be staying there again. So close to all that's happening.

Excelent place for a stopover before flying out. Beautiful location, warm stuff and nice rooms. Great options for dinning out in the restaurants that ard nearby.

Booking in took a while and it wasn't busy passageway had plaster falling off the wall and bathroom appeared on the same condition, can't believe no USB charging ports in a modern building otherwise the rooms are well appointed
Flood lights facing the room from the ridge across car park not sure why it couldn't face the from the hotel on the opposite side
Valley service the least they could do for thus service is bring the car to the front door rather than make us carry our bags down the drive basically on the corner of the driveway trying to load the boot with bags while traffic on the main drive is zipping past has safety concerns l can't believe l paid for the lack of service

Security was terrible, 2 seperate guests were given the same room number. Lucky I came back from dinner when I did. The only solution I was given was when I book and pay for a room next they will upgrade me and I’ll get a free breakfast. Going o take more than that to get me back there. Very disappointing

Cheaper alternative than crowns pricier flasher options, has all you need and great service, casinos right out front, restaurants a short walk.

Beware you will be asked to pay $500 dollars security bond. Why and what type of people stay here? If there behaviour is so bad that everyone pays a bond do I really want to be in the same hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed is a super king not a large double as stated on the Web site.it is over priced but good for convenience to the casino.

Was checked in by the Manager on arrival and had the smoothest hotel experience I’ve ever had. Great room, great price. I’ve travelled a lot for work and can highly recommend your staff and facilities at crown. Thank you Tian and the rest of the crown team.

Staff not overly accommodating and somewhat argumentative. Booking details do not include the $500 room bond that they hold for a week. Staff say it's because of people cleaning out the mini bar. The mini bar is only worth $180. Certainty never staying again with that. Will go back to staying in the city where you get value for money and no pathetic over priced bond. Room was mostly clean, some mold on the ceilings in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, room was an ok size.
