Crocs Playcentre Jandakot reviews
78Nice place for kids to spend sometime but found some safety concerns in regards to the kids riding bicycles around the playground without a helmet and not following the rules and directions, lack of floor supervision. Food & coffee was ok, staff very friendly.
Great play center for the kids, a bit more relaxing for parents than most centers with large parts of the play equipment visible while seated. Hot tip - come prepared with socks so you don't get stung paying for their gold plated inflated big w socks.
Took my 10month old here today, it’s definitely not somewhere for infants. The floors are particularly dirty as are the balls in the “ball pit”. I’ve been elsewhere with her and had a lot more to do with her at other places. Only a bouncy castle and 2 slides in the baby area, with lots of older kids coming in.
My kids always love coming to crocs!
Definitely aim to go during the week rather than the usual weekends as it's quieter, allowing the kiddos to play and run safely, or even join in yourself to feel like a kid again
This place is very kid friendly, great staff, comfortable seating area for parents to relax and great Fresh food from the kitchen.
Very safe play area for kids to enjoy.
Highly recommend the place for all ages of parents to relax and let the kids enjoy themselves too.
Decent facility and pretty good food/drinks, but the staff are just too young to be able to facilitate birthday parties. A party we attended over the weekend was held in the Disco party room which was a very fun environment, but the 14 year old and his sister who were facilitating the party room were just kids. They weren't able to get the kids involved and excited the way a mature adult would have been able to. Ps, there really needs to be some sort of fan or aircon in that room as it was so hot in there. Everyone was uncomfortable. The tricycles and other little bikes are an accident waiting to happen. Yes, there is a designated "track" for them but nobody around to enforce it so people were tripping over them every time I looked up.
Huge play space, very clean and safe and the Cafe does lovely food for both the kids and parents. Great party place too with different party rooms - loved it!
Annoying 2h sessions on school holidays.
Some people wasn't warned when they payed.
Disappointed
My kid always has a good time here, sure it’s busy but it’s like that most places. Coffee is alright. Food is nice. Good options. The main problem for me is that most of the time there’s just a bunch of feral kids climbing up the slides when there are other children waiting to go down. Really not fair on the kids who are waiting, having to constantly contend with people running up at them. I deffo climbed up slides as a kid, but never would have done it when there’s a queue of people waiting to go down. Suppose that’s more of a parenting issue, but it would be nice if the staff kept an eye on the situation.
It was very disappointing to find out that we pay for a short session now, this was never announced on their Facebook page, considering 2 days ago a friend of mine didn’t have to pay per session.
I was also told off for bringing snacks in because they have no ‘license’ for outside food. What if my child has allergies to all their cafe food? I always buy coffee and lunch from their cafe, even if I took few snacks in.
I was spoken to like a kid, the owner looked at me and spoke to me as if I didn’t understand English which made furious.
He communicated with me and another lady sitting at a different table in a rude manner, so I chose not to respond and get insulted anymore.
This was one place my child used to love to go to, and used to have more of a friendly face. So disappointing. We won’t be back again.
Crocs play centre is getting old and definitely needs an update and a really good clean. Most of the balls in the ball area are missing, the blowers do not all work. Padding around the whole area needs new stuffing. Seems overpriced for the size and condition
Had a lot of fun with my 2 year old granddaughter.
A couple of the air powered, foam ball gadgets didn't seem to be working how they should (like the air was going the wrong way I think) but that kind of thing doesn't bother a 2 year old and we had a great time!
We had a blast having a private party after hours and the staff were great! I would recommend just ordering the food there as it's easier
Roomy, clean, my 16 month old daughter enjoyed her first visit there. Was a bit stuffy inside (28 deg outside), air was circulating via the a/c vents but was obviously warm air from outside. Lots of sweaty kids.
Had my sons party here, food is 2/10 for the price being charged.kids had a blast nonetheless.service from host and food were not up to standard. Its like a madhouse in there really disorganised.started the party late but still expected us to leave the party room at the same time.
Worst experience ever, the place is filthy, Not cleaned since ages, all tables and chairs shows oily stains that haven’t been cleaned for ages, floor is very dirty and never been cleaned regularly as suppose to be, I am reporting the place to be inspected by the proper organization
I don’t recommend the place for safety and hygiene reasons!
Always come and enjoy our morning sessions. Today we were greeted by an older lady who definitely didn’t want to be here. We never ever have a problem bringing outside drinks in and got given other coffee cups “I can’t be bothered arguing” okkk…… so off we went in. As I went to purchase chips the girl was so rude and just completely couldn’t be bothered. Mind you it wasn’t the same staff member. I normally enjoy coming here but it gives off bad vibes. Once I got the chips the whole outside of the bowl was soaked in oil and salt again disgusting…. Not a great experience today but again my daughter had a good time though.
Children entry is about $10 and
adults are free. The cafeteria has coffee, tea, muffins and other light snacks. The kids have a great time on a variety of different activities. Worth a visit
Loving it. Reasonably priced. MUFFIN BREAK is available for us adults. The place is clean, also with the toilets and seating areas. Play areas are also clean, and about 3pm, a staff member vacuum the carpets around the play area, and also cleans the tables and toilets. Overall, very much enjoys the time.
Went to a party. Staff were quite inexperienced. A couple of problems not dealt with very well.
