Crocs Playcentre Cannington

Wednesday 10th January 2024:

Have bought my grandson here before previous with my friend and her son.

I have to say the staff are always friendly and smiling.
Now, the kart area was "out of order" so this meant some were left disappointed as they were looking forward to that.

Those parents who were busy sitting facing the opposite direction of where the children were playing, on their phones, not paying attention is alarming!

And those parents who also let their kids run around screaming at the tops of their voices is even more alarming.
I can safely say that those unruly children were NOT of European or English/Australian origin on this day at this particular time.

That part is not on the owners but the participants Parents!

With the admission price having gone up I think Crocs owners need to update and or upgrade.

P.s. I am hoping my hearing will return to normal tomorrow.

Went to crocs today with my brother. Older kids 9/10 year olds climbing all up slides and mucking around on bikes, very unsafe around the younger children who were better behaved. My brother had his bike taken while playing with it by an older child who was even way too big to fit on the bike. Got bad slide burn going down the red drop slide, my brother got it on his arm and I got it on the back of my legs. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon as I had a much better experience at lollipops playland in Bayswater. The go carts are also always put of order and the claw machine that cost $5 with the stuffed animals in it is impossible to win, the claw isn't even strong enough to lift the stuffed animals up yet grip them properly. Chips were cold and toasted sandwich as well. Also no balls in ball pit, no pins for the bowling and one of the rides took my coin without starting.

My friend recommended this place to me. I took my grandchildren there over the weekend. They had so much fun, they didn't want to leave.

Absolute chaos. Did not see one staff member the whole time we were there. Older kids running through the toddler and babies area, jumping from the top of the toddler bouncy castle onto small children. Most parents providing no supervision what so ever. Dirty, messy, understaffed and over crowded. Absolutely disgusted with this place.

Perfect place for a day out with the kids! I brought my three kids in to play and they were over the moon when they saw how much play equipment there was. The food and drink I bought for myself and the kids from the muffin break within the playcentre was very enjoyable. Customer service was also the best I’ve received in a long time. The girls really made and effort to interact with the kids in a positive way to make their experience the best it could be. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely appalled! We will NEVER return to this crocs. Dangerous construction/maintenance works happening whilst centre is open and toddlers running around!

My 4yo and 2yo have always loved Crocs at Jandakot but we recently discovered this one. Today was our 2nd visit and our last.

We arrived at 10am, entered and kids started to play. I realised after 5/10 mins there was a workman in the middle of the play equipment (working on that big tree) I kept my eye on the situation noticing he had tradie tools including a power drill and hammer sat on a trolley close by (in easy reach of small hands). And 2 x milk crates acting as a “barrier” behind him… no other barriers present and no barriers around said trolley.

About 20minutes go by and he takes out a metal pool fence post, a small hand held cutter (dremmel - like) and starts cutting into the metal. In the middle of the playground with kids only 1 or 2 meters away. So many issues with this! - the noise was extremely loud and a dangerous level for adult ears let alone little ears. The shards of metal landing on the floor - of the area the kids play with no shoes on. Not to mention the lack of safety barriers or any kind of information from the staff that this would be happening.

I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and hearing! I spoke with the lady behind the counter stating he was cutting metal in the middle of the playground and it’s too dangerous. She ran off to get someone but took a long time to come back.

I went and spoke directly to the work man and asked if he could take the metal and cut it outside somewhere. He mumbled something at me that I didn’t hear, pointed to the 2 x milk crates and kept on cutting.

I am so angry, I can’t believe the level of incompetence of this workman and the staff to let something like this happen with at least 8/10 under 3s running around sometimes within a metre or two of the work.

I will be taking this further if possible and have contacted kidsafe WA for more information.

My kids used to love this center, but over the last year everyone we go, more and more things are broken yet nothing seems to be repaired. The ball pit has hardly any balls and the machines no longer work.

The surcharge for a public holiday is way to high.far too hot again and uninterested staff that clearly didn’t want to be there

Im Gurinder actually I want to tell about this place.actually today Morning i was came to this place I said to them I have suddenly got pain please allow me to use the toilet and then a one women who was working there she said to me no u cannot first u have to buy something from us then I allow you to go toilet I felt really sad then I bought one water bottle then she allow me to use toilet. I totally gave 0 stars to this place.there is no humanity in them. I always remember this thing what they have did.

I want to inform your Driving car says its $2. No where says card addition 15% additional charges. I paid by debit card and it charged me extra for 30c extra on $2 ride. This is actually illegal.

We hired the whole venue over the weekend for my daughters 5th birthday. It was really easy to book online with a deposit (remainder to pay on day) the staff would call to remind of you the booking and if there was anything else they could do. We arrived on time to find the place was clean and ready to use. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend them!

The worst costumer service I ever had. They ruined my son's birthday party with all their mistakes and miscommunication. Can't recommend them to anyone.

Well located facility. Ample parking for a Saturday afternoon at 12.30pm. Structured entrance way for Covid protocols. Good sized waiting area at reception.

Large family area with lots of tables and chairs.

Multiple areas for varied play themes for very young and not so young kids.

Enough room and stimulating play activities to tire them out too.

Definitely worth a visit.

I've booked the facility after hours for my 8 year old sons birthday party. $800 for 3 hours with up to 300 people allowed, BYO food and non-alc drinks.

We had to go 3 different times to Crocs palycentre to try arrange the 1st birthday of my son because no one there really knows what to do and how to do it. (That should be our 1st clue.but we didn't listen) anyway, my wife and I decided to go ahead and chose to do it there. We had to come back once again to pay and confirm the booking and a
Once more we had explained our plans and how many guests we were expecting. They said they would call us at the previous week asking for quantities of plates and food.invitations send it and no call from the people responsible we were worry and decided to call them and see if everything was ok.when we started to tell the numbers they said straight away that the area could only have 20! Guests.what? !? 50 days after all explained? After we had explained so many times how many guests we were expecting? And the short story was: "we can give your deposit back" and how do we supposed to organize other place in 4 days? That's was the worse experience I ever had booking anything in my life. I won't ever gonna put my foot there again and I do suggest everyone to do the same. Rubbish treatment from rubbish staff. Thanks to ruined my son's 1 Birthday!

13.50 is pretty steep considering there isn't that much to do. There was food on the floor in the play area, and wasn't picked up for ages, so had kids running through it, just smeering it everywhere. Also would have been nice if the employees would play music that were age appropriate considering the kind of establishment they run. No reason you should be hearing Pony by Genuine at a kids play center. It's not a club.

Visited crocs for a party. It's a lovely place for kids. The party was well organized with some hits and misses by the staff there.

It's a clean place for the kids to play. However, it's small and not much to play with. Staff are unfriendly and fussy and unpleasant so it affects the experience. Won't recommend this place. And will never come back.
