Crocs Playcentre Bunbury reviews
45Awesome for the kids, already have our moneys worth after signing up for membership 2 days ago. Going to be a life saver for the holidays and working from home!
It’s very nice place. A great place to visit with the kid and have a coffee. Staff is always super helpful, approachable and happy.
Facilities were great, well placed next to the Doctors surgery (going for a pre appointment play) staff were friendly and seemed clean. Well priced. But.the baby area was over run by older kids and just unsupervised kids in general. And after having battled a cold for 4 weeks once I realised how many kids were coughing and snotty we left. I know these are all out of the centres control but is incredibly frustrating.
A great place to visit with the kid and have a coffee. The lady Aleisha who works here is always super helpful, approachable and happy.
Really grateful that the price seems to have come down again, for a while the $15+ entry seemed really steep for limited activities.
Alisha was totally awesome. Made the time to converse with us. All the other team there were also great. One even went out of their way to find me a lighter for my sons birthday cake. Totally awesome service
Kids had fun but were left waiting 1 1/2 hour for food and drink orders. Very poor choice in allergy free food. Also cannot bring in outside food. So one of our kids was left going hungry. When the food did come, it was very sub-par. The shed its in is extremely loud and overwhelming for neurosivergent children. "Edit, to reply. "
It's wonderful that you say you have all these things. Doesn't change our experience in your shed.
We almost always come here every time we come up to Bunbury, our son loves it especially the pneumatic play area.
Wonderful area for kids to play and explore. Great food and drink with excellent prices. Aleasha was helpful and so kind with the kids. Will come back again for sure
Terribly disappointing. We used to go all the time but went today and won’t in a hurry to go back. Got there at 12.50 and didn’t realise it shut at 2pm. Got initially charged full price and then we questioned it when we found out we then got some money refunded as no one said they were shutting early. As went to order food we had to hear about how she had to shut early due to her commitments and how she had to clean. Didn’t have some of the food we wanted so just ordered chips which eventually came out ordinary. They then decided to shut the new area early due to cleaning and some of the toilets. Much preferred the cars that used to be there as the new area looked a mess. Hardly any balls in ball pit with some of the machines not working. To top it off at 1.20 we got asked to shift all our stuff to another table so they could start cleaning and moping as we were in the way.
This is a fantastic play center, my daughter & friend had hours of fun playing and a great set up for the parents to relax and have a break.
The equipment is great quality and great variety. Thoroughly recommend a visit.
Booked my daughters 4th birthday party here and i am extremely happy with the service we were provided with! The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for my girls birthday! Would highly recommend this place!
Thankyou you to all the stuff who helped make this day a wonderful day!
We just moved to Bunbury and my son absolutely loves it
This is our 2nd time, two days in a row.
Staff are really helpful and friendly and the coffee is great
Nice place for the kids to play and you have a coffee with peace️️
Definitely we are coming back more often
My children absolutely love the giggle zone ️ they play for hours happily and enjoy the birthday party's they have been invited too.
They have enjoyed exploring the new equipment and the staff are lovely there.
We look forward to more play times at the centre.
It's great seeing so many mums groups, parents and grandparents being involved in the play with thier children and using the giggle zone equipment and exploring.
Gigglezone’s new Under 3 soft play sensory zone is a great addition to the centre. My one year old had lots of fun playing on all the new equipment, climbing and exploring to her fullest.
We had the best 6th birthday party ever! The platters were generous and fresh. The staff happy to help anyway they could. The kids playing on everything were thoroughly enjoying themselves in a safe environment. Definitely recommend.
Certain staff behind counter gave us some attitude as we were paying to go in the play set wasn't the best found certain parts in play pen to be a little unsafe and some areas were filthy only positive the coffee we purchased was good wouldn't go back again
Some staff are nice some are really rude. Toddler area is way too dark they never fix the lighting. Ball play area needs more balls like other Crocs places.
Hours of fun for kids and parents. Unfortunately it's becoming dated and the food is way overpriced.
Crocs Play centre - Bunbury is absolutely amazing!
I can’t even put into words how amazing they are. The staff are the most helpful, welcoming and understanding people. My daughter, who has a dairy and gluten intolerance desperately wanted to participate in their school holiday baking session. To ensure this was possible the staff went above and beyond to accomodate her dietary requirements. I can not thank them enough for all of their help. My daughters and I are extremely grateful:)
Great place for the kids.
A shame the place is managed buy kids.most of the tables had food & cups on them from previous guests & the ones that didn’t had crumbs Remanence from previous guest’s.
So makes me wonder about the Hygiene of all the play equipment.
No wonder it shut down the other day because all stuff had Covid-19’
