Absolutely love the exercise classes. Post my second child getting back into exercise with the support of an incredible exercise physiologist Chloe makes it easy.

Effective and fun class yesterday. The hour class goes so fast because we chat and laugh. Chloe guides us so no injuries occur while our different weaknesses and issues are addressed.

I started going to Crest in August 2022 with knee issues. I was a candidate for a knee operation which I was trying to avoid. I was constantly limping and I could not exercise. After about 6 visits with Steve the Physio and owner, I was able to walk and have less pain. Steve suggested I have group exercise classes with Chloe, the Exercise Physio Expert which I did. I have continued with weekly classes (when I can) which has promoted recovery, strength and healing. The classes also include the use of a reformer machine which is very useful. Recommend this friendly Physiotherapy Clinic.

Steve is a very talented and knowledgeable physiotherapist. Steve helped me get back on my feet after years of struggling with muscle weakness in my legs. I would highly recommend Crest Health if in need of a professional physiotherapist 10/10

I can’t praise Steve enough for his support with my rehabilitation following knee replacement. I had a long slow recovery and had felt I was getting nowhere with my previous physio. I felt encouraged and supported all the way with Steve and have now got to where I never thought I could be with my knee. I would highly recommend Crest physio.

Very affordable treatment considering that I fractured my left ankle. I could see myself revisiting in the case of any future injury's that may come my way, heck I would revisit for the chat in itself.

Justin and Steve are excellent practitioners. Their work is the best I've ever come across and they professionally got me back to work within the time frame allocated.
