I went to Steve after months of lower back pain. His evidence based approach and helpful exercises remedied the problem and now I am pain free and moving with ease. He has given me my life back.

I first went to Steve at Crest Health in 2018, I think, when I got an injury, left leg, from running on Two Rocks beach when it was quite sharply angled. Steve sorted me out with with just three acupuncture sessions and a list of exercises to follow. Sorted within a month or so, back to perfectly painless running. Fast forward to 2022 (and four years older!) I had a recurrence which once again he was able to guide me back to some running. But he has also given me a referral to have an MRI done, just in case the problem is deeper. Thanks heaps Steve, appreciate your help, wise counsel and always seeing me at the allotted time. Strongly recommend anyone with a sports injury to visit Crest in Yanchep as Steve is an athlete and understands how much we want to get ourselves back to physical functionality!

My experience with Stephen has been very good I had a elbow surgery done and he has Nearly got me back to doing full duties it has been a good Journey So Far and I am working on my strength in the gym I would have never seen myself in the gym if it wasn't for stephen and his hard work highly recommended for any sort of injury knows his stuff.
