Very sucks experience with Crawford Realty, never fix the issues i have reported during the year i lived in the house.but really fast to do action when they want to charge money from your bond, i have been waiting for 2 months, still haven't get my bond back from this company.a shark company.

The most unprofessional business iv ever dealt with - I have several properties and never encountered the sheer blatant negligence from Raelene and Brett only to be topped by the Owner Rebecca S not willing to intervene and hold her employee responsible for thousands of dollars of damages to clients properties- damages her employees turn a blind eye to whilst the money is still rolling in coming in.negligence and damages lawsuit pending!

AVOID Crawford Realty at all costs! As an experienced property investor, (8 property transactions in Australia and 3 overseas) I was using Crawford to purchase a property in Qld. SUDENLY, AT THE LAST MINUTE, the Qld deal was ditched with no explanation and all the emphasis changed to a WA deal. The salesman reeked of sleaze and unprofessionalism. As it turns out, the deal offered in WA and the promised returns on investment would never have eventuated. It was obviously made to get them out of their own trouble with developers and into sales commissions with lies about the returns on investment. I am putting the facts and figures to the REIWA for their consideration and possible prosecution of Crawford.

Crawford Realty Newman, are an amazing team of people. I have rented for many years from the team and have never had an issue. Problems always fixed fast and efficiently. Customer service is exceptional, a great Rental Property Manager at the helm with an efficient and friendly team with her. I highly recommend Crawford's for your rental or buying, the team is great.

Raelene is the most rude person. She never addresses emails by your name and has no customer service. Nicole is alright. Brett shows you the house and then doesn't want to talk to you - always says talk to Raelene. Duh!

Erika is very knowledgeable in all facets of property and sales and always willing to help both professionally and personally. Would recommend her any day!

Crawfrauds is the name for these thieves, ibest way to not deal with these liars is to not buy or rent any property with them, stay clear

There should be a zero star rating for these fraudsters. When the tenant moves out is when these guys start to scam the owners for money for "repairs" and holding thousands of dollars for "repair quotes". I would not recommend this agency especially if you are interstate!

I gave both my properties for Crawford to look after for rentals.first couple of years they look after well, and after they deduct money for repairs, and replace doors that wasn't done.thousands of dollars have been taken and nothing has been done in my properties. I finally manage and see for myself and my tenants said nobody has come to do anything to my properties, so beware of this estate agents
