I have experienced amazing care from Dr Brockhoff and am very sad he is retiring. All the staff are kind, helpful and do a great job. Pathology staff are lovely too.

Things seem to go wrong at the most inopportune time but people like Craigie medical centre shine. The young receptionists couldn't be more pleasant, efficient and helpful. I was not permitted to attend the clinic but they made everything come together from teleconsults to electronic scripts and follow-up telecasts. All in all they took the stress out of covid for me which is deeply appreciated when I was feeling quite yuk. Thank you Craigie medical centre.

I've attended practise for a while now. Twice got incorrect info about medication, could have been dangerous or worse if I didn't get a 2nd opinion. In December it was recommended I have a cancer screening. Doctor said it's normally a few months but be patient because of Covid delays. I go 6 months later to be told the paperwork sent was incomplete & was rejected. Nothing extra needed from me, they didn't send all the pages. It sat in someone's file for 6 MONTHS with nothing done to rectify the error. I expect more & better from what should be a professional clinic. No apology, just we will resend it. We will be meeting in court if this unnecessary delay has created a more serious issue to arise.

I've seen Dr Ripley 3 times and she has been so lovely.
She has a warm, caring approach and takes time to listen.
She explains things well and has made me feel comfortable.
I couldn't recommend her enough.

I can never get through to them on the phones I waited over an hour to be answered, I did not need to book an appointment I had a question they could not answer the pervious day and they asked me to call back. It is frustrating and stressful trying to get an answer for something that is important to do with my pregnancy and after an hour being on hold I was then hung up on and unable to get my answer leaving me more distressed and uncertain on my next step.

Don't waste your time they make you wait hours for rushed 60 second appointment and that's for a paid appointment if you go bulk billed it will be half your day for their worst doctor

Absolutely useless the receptionist never have a clue what’s going on tries to claim she has no access to patient records? How do you physically do your job then? My doctor also hasn’t got a clue I had to tell him how ovulation works and had to visit him 3 times to have him write the correct blood work down. Disgraceful. Also been waiting weeks to have medical records transferee across but no one can be bothered to comprehend how to do that apparently…

Excellent experience with Dr Cuthbert Tsokota today with sutures in both shins after my fiance had a nasty fall from a ladder. Very experienced and professional. Did an excellent job.

I spent the last 2 months trying to get a pathology test form signed by my doctor, the fault is not with him but with the admin staff who kept telling me over the phone that it was being taken care of. I rang multiple times and ended up having to walk into the surgery to speak to the receptionist, it was finally put on the doctors desk for signing that day. Dr. Zentner is super and I have nothing but good things to say about him but the incompetence and total lack of all professionalism amongst admin staff is appalling.

I was standing behind a man and his daughter at 1.45 today. The child was spitting all over the counter. I told the receptionist that the counter needed to be cleaned. She jumped up said oh then sat down an carried on serving. No thought of infection control. Disgusting for a medical centre in these Covid times in particular.

Reception staff were very helpful and polite.
Dr Zentner has a massive amount of knowledge and experiance to diagnose patient issues accurately.
I would highly recommend Craigie medical centre.

Wondering why I got an appointment so quick, until I went to leave after seeing the doctor, and I was told it cost $80.00, doctor only talked to me for 3 minutes, didn’t examine my problem, didn’t ask me to lift my arms, was not impressed, and $80.00, now I am committed to finish the treatment, not sure what that’s going to cost, but it will be the last time I go to Craigie medical Center

Dr was awesome just think it is really bad that all doctors are private now and it costs $80 to go. Therefore I put off going and that’s not good for me health wise

Free WiFi would be great as sometimes there is a small wait for service but is worth it as Dr Peter Brockhoff provides a great service, he has helped me through some difficult times.
Also disappointed you no longer bulk bill.

I haven't really had any big concerns until today, I called to change an appointment with a specialist and the admin staff originally were so unhelpful and I requested to book an appointment with my doctor, Dr Brockoff as I will now need a new referral - admin advised they will put me on hold and get the file. 15 minutes later, someone else answered as if I was a new caller. 30 + minutes on the phone. I understand the fast pace as I'm an Administrator myself, though patients on the phone are still just as important as a patient that is physically in the medical centre.

Dr Brockhoff is an incredible doctor though - he's helped me with every query that I've had, and what I'm currently going through. So thank you!
