CPE have been a lifeline for my Dad and our family. His determination to continue living at home has required him to have daily care and CPE have exceeded our expectation in providing that essential service to allow him to do so. With no family members living close by to him, CPE have provided us the confidence and reassurance that he is being looked after on a day-to-day basis. As a result, his health has improved considerably. Our Case Manager, Tania has been an amazing first point of contact, explaining the complexities of the aged care assessment system in our initial meetings, helping us navigate that assessment process and then ensuring all his higher needs have been met quickly and efficiently within budget. We have sometimes placed 'last minute' extra care requests for Dad for varying reasons and Tania has met my phone calls with great professionalism, care and, ultimately, delivery of an excellent service. Our lives have been enriched with our packages at CPE we have our meals, meet a physiotherapist once a week at the hydro pool, remedial massage, house cleaning, the best gardener ever who keeps our garden as if it was his own, we have had our windows cleaned, our gutters cleaned, and a deep clean in our home. Also cab charge which I needed when my 90 yr old husband went to hospital. The staff at CPE are helpful and our case manager is always there for us can’t thank them enough.

I have been with CPE group as a client for a number of years now. The care provider search can be a minefield. I am lucky that I got the right group first try. CPE are genuinely very supportive and personable, quick to get things organized and they help with all my needs and millions of questions. I have felt heard, supported, understood and literally cared for by every member that I have had contact with. To name a few that I have had the most contact with that stand out are Jackie, and Hannah.
The people or businesses they have organized for me have been very professional and also quick to respond and carry out the service needed. If there are any issues or queries they are dealt with immediately and rectified. My case manager came to my house just to meet with me so she could know who her client was, I was not just a number on the end of an email. CPE truly are a Group that treats their clients as people that they treasure.

CPE are my husbands Providers and when we had to chose a Provider we didn't have a clue about anything. Luckily we had a friend who recommended CPE and we are so glad she did. Anytime I call the office I am answered by a friendly, polite person and my queries are passed on to the relevant person and dealt with. Any time there are any changes to our services they call and let us know. They are definitely a great help to us. We have been with them a few years now and would definitely recommend them.

Head office is rude, disorganized and dismissive. Do not care about the customers needs or safety. Very expensive for very little service. The carers are not briefed well. Lacking in kindness, understanding or respect and terrible communication internally and externally. Would not recommend their home services to anyone wanting to have their sick elderly parents looked after with care.

Worst company.unorganised, money hungry, lazy ‘workers’ - staff aren’t trained or should be getting the aged care for themselves.horrible business

My in-laws are very happy with CPE Group after changing from another big-name home aged care provider. Their care and money goes a lot further with CPE Group.

The admin department is a shambles. They dont let you know of changes. They think they are doing you afavour.

CPE Group helped my mother and our family at a time of need in the best possible way. They were both professional, accommodating and caring in facilitating my mother's wishes to stay at home. We felt like we were more than just a number and they dealt with every challenge with kindness and compassion. Happy to recommend CPE Group to others.
