Country Comfort Perth

Noisy. You can hear every little noise eco through plus the road noise was terrible. Room was in need of maintenance. Staff friendly and airport transfer was great.

Called to make an enquiry today and whoever answered the phone was unhelpful and hung up in me without ending the conversation. Kendall? Sure your job isn't that hard love

I had Two nights at the Country Comfort Perth and have stayed there a few other times with work. Without doubt it is clean, modern and comfortable and also has a great restaurant co-located with the facility.

Room comfortable and clean, bar and outdoor seating area well done. Staff attentive and friendly. We only stayed for one night layover, so the free airport shuttle was a winner.

We asked for a disabled unit, but found this was more on the dangerous side when taking a shower! Luckily the staff in attendance were great and realised our predicament - they need to take notice of the disabled persons accommodation as an occupational health and safety matter!
Restaurant and bar were great, staff were brilliant!

Excellent accommodation, top class restaurant with great food. Staff that very personable, fantastic customer service.

It's a beautiful place and an awesome place to have a function and I loved it and I had a good night

Had a lovely couple of days, food was great, location great and grandies loved the pool. Only fault was I could find was at the pool, myself and another elderly lady found it difficult to get out of pool as there where no hand rails, which put me off going in again. If you could look into this matter it would make it an excellent place.

Country Comfort Perth is a really great place to stay. Our room is lovely with a Poolside view. Beautiful, Clean Bathroom and Amenities. There is a lovely Restaurant here which offers a Continental Breakfast or a full Buffet Breakfast in the Mornings. The staff are friendly and this has been a very positive experience. The Bed in the photos has been made by me, not the room service staff, it was very nicely made when we entered our room.

My deluxe king room wasn't very clean. Surfaces needed a wipe down.
Kids playground broken.
Kids Pool had leaves and rubbish in it. Also Upon asking the reception nicely 4 times for pool towels and cutlery delivered to my room, they still did not deliver. Which I had to end up going to get them myself. The service at this hotel needs some great attention.
Breakfast was nice.
Bed was nice.
Main swimming pool was nice.
Overall it serves well as a 3star hotel.

The entire place is a hidden gem. We have stayed in 5 star before that is well below this hotel quality. The amenities, the room comfort, the staff, the food, the service, everything far exceeded any expectations.
If you need anywhere to stay in Perth, close to the city and highways. Whether it be for a quick stop over from airport, or as we did, quick weekend get away, 20 mins from home. With or without the kids. This is your spot! You won't regret it.
Some big points to make
1) super comfy beds and lovely clean rooms
2) service is beyond and they make Evey effort for you
3) the food onsite is well priced, amazing in taste and the hours of room service and restaurant are perfect.
4) we are smokers and to find a place e where you are not put in a back corner for it, is very rare. Plenty of space means they have accommodated to both non smokers and smokers. Obviously not in the rooms, but in and around the amenities and most rooms have outdoor area also.
5) the distance between airport, city, and access to highways, makes this location better than being in the city itself.
6) the pool area and playground and BBQ area make it even better when staying with the kids. Seems there is plenty to do and we would come back with our little ones just so they're occupied whilst we sit back and relax.

If we HAD to choose something we didn't like it would be, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The traffic noise from where it is, but once doors are closed, you don't even notice. Pathetic I know, but had to choose something lol hence why we are so delighted with our stay.

My experience was rude they tried to over charge & receptionists had no customer service skills rude tone and pushy. Ordered Bfast came 1hr late cold food & Coffee. Also power points dont work in the room. Note for the comfort inn please don't respond to my review, as noted from previous reviews nothing has changed with you.

Since been here hospitality is Devine. Food cannot complain.but tonight I do not want my open pls out there people I dnt know pls

Always a great place to stay, family friendly and close to shops.

Great food close to airport. Perfect base to explore perth for a couple of days. Nice pool area to hang out. The free shuttle bus is a huge bonus making the rooms even better value. The new rooms out the back are the quietest and newest so request one of these

Good hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Good restaurants. Not so much for leisure but when you are on a business trip it is perfect. Very close to the airport but quiet.

Needs maintenance. Blinds wouldn't roll up, spa was broken, bed was poorly made with stained sheets.

Rooms are comfortable, a bit dated and breakfast is standard fare. Got what I expected and was fine with that

Stayed in town house. Car park available right at door with security gate. Kitchen and laundry facilities available. Clean and comfortable.
