I completed a 4 session anger management program to help with my relationship. Found it very helpful and would definitely recommend.

Rayma has assisted me throughout the last 4 years from learning how to cope with my anxiety, dealing with parental infidelity and just lately helping myself and my long term partner overcome some relationship issues. Rayma has always created a safe and secure environment to help tackle the most tough situations. Both my partner & I throughout couples counselling have always felt well respected, heard and understood. Rayma continually holds a neutral position and has provided some fantastic life tools. Highly Recommended!

I went for couples therapy due to my then partner cheated on me and found Rayma Adams the therapist blaming me for his wrong doings and taking his side with everything I would disagree on. She was very belittling and unprofessional on her work.
Just recently found out a friend also went to Rayma Adams for another issue she had in her relationship and she had felt like Rayma had done the same thing.
Would definitely not recommended.

We tried Counselling Resolutions when our relationship was shaky & we didn't know how to fix it. We got excellent guidance and learnt some great tools that helped us get back on track. We now regret not getting help earlier.
