We bought our home using Coulson & Co Real Estate 7 years ago so when we decided to sell they were the agency we called. Michael himself came to to see us promptly and gave us an honest appraisal of our home and gave us an estimate above our expectations. He laid out a clear path way for us to follow. We had some interest on our pre listing home opens but no offers. We went ahead and listed the property with the first home open to be on Saturday 16th April. We went away for Easter and when returned on Sunday 11th Michael rang at 7pm to see if he could show some through at 3.00pm the following day. This was not a problem. He advertised a home open on the Coulson & Co website and all hell broke loose. We had 11 groups through in the 20 minutes, received a very good offer before anyone set foot in the place and then 5 further offers inside 24 hours. No fear…Trent is here! Having had anxiety around the sale of my property, Trent put my fears to rest with his market knowledge. He knew the local market as well as what buyers were looking for. He was upfront with what I needed to fix and communicated amazingly with myself, the agency renting out the property at the time and the tenant. Trent made the difficult decision to sell an easy one with very little stress.

Michael the life saver
Michael sold this house to us about 6 years ago, it was for an investment. Couple of years later the property boom went down and this property had become a burden for us as the payment to the bank was just difficult and the rent was also low as there were not much renters. It was a lose, every month we had to pay extra from our pockets for the bank. That's when we asked Michael for help to let us know when it was the best time to sell. For about two or three years we kept in touch we Michael regarding the property market and Michael gave us honest and correct information and solid advise in how the market was going. Many times the market was not good for selling as we wanted at least a price where we don't end up in a lose. Michael was advising us to wait 6 months sometimes, and wait again for another few months and this went on for awhile. Then the market began picking up and he told us how much it can be sold for approx. When we told him to sell it, he sold it for an impossible price, and we were amazed, because most of the houses in Parmelia 3 x 2 was selling at most at $350000 and he sold it for us for $382000. We were very happy with this outcome and this with agent Michael. I like to honestly recommend Michael Coulson to anyone, he is honest, trustworthy, you can communicate with him anytime, and if he is busy, he contacts you without fail everytime. He is a fantastic salesman. He sold this home to us and sold it for us. He lifted our hugh burden, and he understood our needs. God bless.

Highly Recommend, couldn't of been better
Trent and the team from Coulson were so helpful in helping me purchase my first home, I couldn't of done it without them. Being FIFO I was very anxious as to how I could get everything done while working away, Trent helped every step of the way and would communicate with me after hours whenever I was able to.
The best things about dealing with Trent was his honesty about the property, knowledge of the process and speedy replies, he told me what to expect and how to negotiate every step of the way. The services recommended to me from the choice of settlement agent to building inspectors were first rate and I was very impressed by everyone's professionalism.
Trent was able to get me into my own home within 1 month of me putting in an offer and reduced the stress of the whole affair by helping in anyway he could, above and beyond of what I expected.
