Recommended by cousin for our visit to Australia. Prices are extremely reasonable despite initial problem on 3rd day which was sorted out quickly. We hired a car for over a week and another 2 weeks after returning from Sydney visit. On both times they came to pick us up and if you have the pleasure of meeting John you will be in for an interesting time.a real character! Will definitely use them again when we return to visit amazing Australia?

This company was nice at first. But they keep your credit card details and tried to take money out of my account even though I had returned car in perfect condition and payed in advance. I wouldn't recommend this company

They are one of the best hire companies in Perth. The best thing is once you hire from then once theres no bond after that. They trust their customers and their utes are the cheapest in Perth.

Be careful as 2 months after I gave car back this company was trying to steal money from my card number they stored without my permission.
I hired a car from this company for 4 months. I was paying in cash at first and then realized my cash payments were not being entered in the system. They said I owed more than I did and I believe a staff member pocketed my cash. Then I gave my credit card number and they started taking double the payments saying I owed double. I then gave car back and they still kept taking money out of my account 2 months later.
Very dodgy!

We have hired cars often from Cottesloe Car Hire. Apart from being convenient to our home it's always easy to get a car hassle free.

Great service, low cost and friendly staff. We hired for around a month as we were waiting for our new car to arrive. Ended up with Chris contacting me every week to see if the new car was here, and he was so understanding about extending the hire. When our vehicle finally was ready, Chris was really good at accommodating us returning the vehicle, with a couple of days notice.

10/10 for car and customer service.

Easy experience, couldn't get the exact car that I needed and I was told that I would be informed as soon as the cheaper one became available, this didn't happen - maybe that type didn't become available during the 10 or so weeks that I had it.

I had to remind them to refund my deposit too, which was promptly done.

Other than that Chris is really easy to deal with
