Cottage surveys performed a contour and feature survey and boundary re-peg on my property in Mt Hawthorn. They were punctual, proficient and well priced and I recommend them for anyone requiring property surveying.

Easy company to contact, got back to me the next day, and the survey was done within 2 weeks. Super happy with how quick my job was booked in and the men that came out on the day were very nice and friendly to talk to. The booking process was easy, and on the day the guys turned up the weather was terrible but the guys hung around and waited, jumping out of the car when there was a break in the weather. The survey was returned quickly. Overall a very good experience.

Well coordinated team of surveyors who surveyed the corners of my property. Provided survey markers, or 300mm offset markers, alongside bamboo Identification stakes. A follow up plan was emailed after the job was completed. Definitely would recommend.

We find the surveys are clear, concise, accurate and have all the information we need to help create homes and additions for our clients. They provide great customer service and we recommend Cottage Surveys to our clients and builders.

The difference reports on the same boundary of mine and of my neighbor's have made us fight with each other and spent excessive money to get another accurate report from an independent surveyor! Not to be trusted! They were done by different surveyors even in the same company! Very annoying!
