I got my first pair of pointe shoes fitted here and have been going there ever since.the customer service is UNMATCHED! Fantastic and passionate team.

My daughter was fitted for pointe shoes. The shoes were not fitted correctly hurting her feet, plus the only shoe offered was of very average quality. Had to go to their competitor SOR to get the better quality shoes and what seems to be a better fitting service.

Excellent service and great range of products. Thank you for your help with my contemporary dance shoes.

A wonderful experience at costume and ballet centre today ️. I had a pointe shoe refit appointment with Angela. She was amazing ️️ Angela was extremely knowledgeable, and knew almost immediately what the problem was with my previous shoes. Professional, friendly and made for a wonderful experience. I started pointe as an adult and always worry about being taken seriously, but Angela and her staff are lovely! Highly recommend.

Good range, terrible customer service. Served by Angela who couldn’t muster up a ‘Hello, how can I help you? ’ When I entered the store. I pretty much served myself. Seemed like she was over it and didn’t want be there.

Excellent shop for first pointe shoes. Tam and the team are expert Bloch fitters and they have almost all the designs so you are bound to find something you love.

I recently called and spoke to Emma and just wanted to say that she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained things in such a great way and I was super impressed by her.

Buy all my daughter's ballet stuff from here. Get a discount to being from the Charlesworth Ballet School. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our preferred place now for dance stuff.

Pleasant staff supportive of a complete novice. Shop however is difficult to find extra signs out the front or on the road would be helpful. Not wheelchair accessable for larger chairs as small crowded store.

I have been recommending The WA Costume and Ballet Centre to students of all ages at The WA Performance School (Subi) for a number of years now and I've never had anyone come back disappointed. The service, range, and price is great and the location very central and quite close to our school. With so many dance stores spread much further north and south, it's awesome to have a reliable and central option.

Best place! Had my first pair of pointe shoes fitted here and honestly, don't know how any where else could have given a better experience:) all the ladies there are lovely and very good at what they do!
