Cosmetique Midland is amazing. Very friendly staff. Very attentive and they really listen to your needs. I have used most of their services and have always been extremely happy with the results and the experience. I highly recommend Cosmetique for friendliness, services, value and follow up.

I have been going for a few years and have always been happy, however last time I had wrinkle relaxers they did not work at all. At my two week follow up the nurse agreed they hadn't worked, took photos and told me someone would be in touch. Three weeks, two emails and a phone call later still nothing. Told the compliance team will be in touch but still waiting. As it was either a faulty product or not injected correctly I would have expected a full refund or done again at no cost at the two week follow up, however actually speaking to someone is proving to be impossible. They also offer customers substantial discounts for 5 star reviews. In the past I have recommended them to friends, I won't be doing that again.

I would normally go to Subiaco but I was working in the Midland area. The nurse was so chill and easy-going, but also professional and efficient. It is a shame that the Primewest specialty suites where Cosmétique is located is run down and smells like a corpse, but don’t let this turn you off. I had a great experience and am very happy with the product.

Turned up for treatment and told they didn't have the product, didn't call to tell us. Wasting people's time isn't cool

I had THE worst experience with this company. They used a new product for doing my anti-wrinkle injections and the product does not work. I had to go back 5 times and it still wasn’t fixed. I asked for a refund because the product didn’t work and they refused and were very rude, condescending. I produced photos as evidence and still I got absolutely no where with them. I am in the process of reporting them to the health board. They are absolute cowboys and will rip you off - I am so unhappy with their low level of service and dodgy products.

I had the best experience here! I have a massive fear of needles and no place has ever made me feel as comfortable as I did here! The nurse that did my lips did it very quickly and the results are amazing! Highly recommend!

Good service at a great price. Always very helpful and none of those pesky upsells. Location is very convenient with lots of parking and opening hours makes it easy to make appointments to fit around the client. Highly recommend

TOTAL INCOMPETENCE,
Asked for pre/ post op photos several times, eventually told they didn’t have any. Told with a day to spare before surgery I needed a compression garment.
Then told the night before procedure they hadn’t received my scan results, so they would have to cancel. Even thou I rang scan company, who said they sent it 4 weeks previous. I booked a weeks holiday for this.
Absolute shambles from start to finish.
I could go on.steer clear of cosmetique midland!

Waste of money! After 3 weeks wrinkle relaxers are fading!
I wasn’t happy with my results. During the consultation I was advised on what strength of product I should get.
When I informed the management about my concerns I was sent an extremely long email, which was very passive aggressive, they even went as far as quoting the consent form.
They are charging top dollar for a subpar service.
I’ve been getting antiwrinkle injections for years and have never experienced this. If a customer has a genuine concern they shouldn’t be met with hostile attitudes.
Give people what they pay for. Rip off!

Went here a few months back for my first ever dose of lip fillers, the lady working with me was so lovely and sweet. Genuinely can say it didn’t hurt at all and she did an amazing job!
