I’ve recently had treatment with the 1540 Fractional Laser and HIFU on my neck. I have been totally amazed at the results! I went to see a plastic surgeon to consider a neck lift, but through conversations with Elisha I decided to postpone surgery and try this non-invasive laser treatment first. If I could rate zero I would. I had fat freezing and developed Paradoxical adipose hyperplasia on upper arms. They didn't offer a solution or a refund now I have to go pay thousands of dollars for reconstructive surgery.

Have seen Dr Darbyshire for Restylane lips to which he added a ml and created beautiful shape and symmetry. He achieved the lip flip look with Botox.
Dan was very professional, dilligent and gentle and is very experienced in his field. Will answer any questions you have and provide his opinion on what services are best to have you looking great.

I have been to CosMedical Skin Solutions many times over the last 4 years. Elisha and Laura are very professional and discreet, whilst maintaining an easy going and friendly manner, and I appreciate their wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry. I've been extremely happy with the results I've received from all the treatments I have undertaken, especially the IPL photo rejuvenation, the IPL hair removal and the fat freezing. I went there for the first time yesterday, the staff were amazing and helpful. I had teeth whitening there and found the whole experience brilliant, will definitely be going back.

The treatment I had was ok but i felt it was rushed. The clinic is located at the front of a gym and i dont find that very good at all. I found the main lady Elisha very rude and a bit stuck up. I felt I was being looked down upon. She has students and doesn't watch them very much which I found very odd. Prices are too high. Rooms are too small, too cluttered, too loud as you could hear the gym music and you cant relax. I wont be going back.

WOW! What a great experience. The new treatment rooms are fantastic and I always feel so well looked after while I am there.
