Cosme Hut Northbridge

I bought some products here. But they sell only small kinda cosmetic. And no one told me to welcome.
If you wanna get basic skin care, this is okay. But if you wanna get a wide variety of things, I don't recommend.

Wide knowledge of the cosmetics world from both Korea and Japan, staff speak English, Mandarin, Korean fluently and are always welcoming to show new items.

Very rude and lazy cashier/staffs.from Northbridge store, Booragoon, and also Westfield Carousel.better go online shopping than dealing with those unhelpful staffs again.

Amazing skin care! Great selection and the girls in here are always so helpful with picking out what may work best for your skin type.

Absolutely abysmal shopping experience and customer service. I went in there with a friend and the girl at the cashier made all these rude comments about my friends' appearance. My friend was having trouble finding the product she wanted and remembering the name of the product, so when I rushed over to help, the cashier girl commented that I was the 'mom friend who helps out the drunk friend' in a teasing tone. My friend wasn't drunk, she was nervous and uncomfortable. I'm not asking for a 5-star service, but the overfamiliar rudeness from this place is unacceptable.

Since Chinese or Taiwanese looking staff is kind and decent, I prefer this shop much more than Carousel branch. I wish they had more Korean makeup products.

Fairly nice range with a nice vibe inside.

I bought at least $100 of product, including a rom&nd lip tint, a balm oil cleanser, some eyeliner pens and a brow pen.

The lady was very accomodating and also gave me a free sample.

Very bad experience and ridiculous no refund policy if you change your mind. Although they claim that they are the Perth No. 1 Japanese & Korean Beauty Store, they actually sell something which is not from Japanese or Korean like this facial massage roller with poor quality. I will never come back again.

The staff are really lovely and they have so many products i would've bought online and paid for postage, they saved me a lot of money!

First time visited this shop today as I have seen the product i was looking for was on your online site. But actually it wasn't even in the shop. Feel like staff work there not very helpful or caring their customer. I wanted to looking around have a look at your items if I can find anything I need. 2 of your sales assistants speaking in their own language whole time I was there and when I touch testers or items just because I wanna read behind instructions she came and look suspicious, I didn't feel good with that. If they been nice and more paying attention to their customer they could have sold more products️
