Bought Japanese Diane shampoo and conditioner set in store yesterday. There is only one on the shelf and asked the staff at the counter whether they have more at the back. Respond saying there is no more without even checking in the computer or at the back even tho the counter is not that busy.
I didn’t check the packaging thinking it is genuine product from Japan since I bought it in store instead of ordering online. Little did I know, the product packaging said it is made in Vietnam instead of Japan. How could you sell fake products in store! And only realised it when I got home. What a waste of my time to go back to store.

The 2 ladies were soo disrespectful, I asked one lady to get me moistful collagen cream, she got me one but the container looks different, the one I used before was pink container and the one she gave me was white so I ask that lady is it the same one that I used before she told me yes yes no more information was provided and get busy by her own, again I asked do you have any tester, she reply no at the moment. I was not sure what inside so I again ask the next lady before I pay but she just looking at me, so I was forced to open the container and found that the cream is not same, I tell her that it’s not same so I will not take it, she rudely reply me you have to take it, its a policy if you open the container you have to buy it, I told her you don’t have tester why don’t you use as tester, she didn’t tell me and went to get another lady. They both force me to buy it. Really disappointed.

Went here looking for something to help with hyperpigmentation and a nice spf for extremely sensitive skin. The girl named Joyce was so helpful. She knew exactly what to do and how to help. She also shared her personal experience with the products and explained how the products worked based on the ingredients. The customer service from this lady I’m amazing. Will be returning soon based on this lady alone. Thank you

Customer service is awful. They cannot be bothered to help when I asked for help. They just stand there and talk to each other.

As if im not already feeling uncomfortable by the passive aggressive signs, im also getting hard stared at by employees whilst my partner and i browse and eventually purchase an item. Extremely uncomfortable experience. I love the korean products for my skin but i can just buy it somewhere else.

Bought some products for the first time. The customer service was excellent. I was looking for a certain product to help with my wrinkles in which she recommended and explained what the product does, what was in it as well as how to use them. Sorry I forgot to get her name but she very professional and polite. I was very satisfied with my purchases and the service and would definitely be returning. I used my products first thing this morning and it smells beautiful and feels nice on the skin and absorbs well.

I was in the shop on Sunday and two ladies welcome me with a smile. As a man I have no idea about beauty products. Abigail helped me out with the products. She is someone who genuinely wants to help customers. She has the knowledge about all the products in the shop, explained and showed me how to use and apply products with tons of patience and smile. With her recommendation, I bought lots of products. I just would like to say "Thank you" to Abigail for her hard work and she is a treasure for this Company and shop. Thank you

Re-review: I have enjoyed shopping here but the girl with pinky hair keeps on promoting expensive stuff that does not suit me. Not a regular customer anyways bye

Nice people, but it's a bit pricey and everytime I go there, they go to other people to serve when I clearly came before them, just because I look younger doesn't mean I have less value people.
I also pre ordered lenses which they said would take 4 weeks but I've waited 8 weeks and still no results.

Has very nice facemask but the little mirror brush i bought, immediatley disfunctioned and wouldnt close, got it to close after a while resulting my mirror to have a crack

I have always gone into the shop several times but Everytime I go inside I am always ignored. At first I thought maybe they don't approach customers. Until the day I saw other people go in who they approached and offered assistance to. Now I don't want to make it about race but as a black person everyone I go in I feel ignored and they cater to every other customer that isn't black.

Its expensive, cheaper to get it online and they make you pay for testers that they get for free.
