Totally disgusted in the lack of communication and still haven't returned my calls or emails but charged me then 3 months later still have done nothing to sort the problem. Will definitely avoid this company at all costs.

I Requested a quote 2 years ago, someone came to the house and diagnosed the issue, took my money for call-out to assess fee and said we will get back to you with the quote to repair. I chased them up many times by phone call and email and still have never received a quote to this day. I am still angry about the non response and now that I’m ready to fix, I won’t be calling them.

I operate six restaurants, and used to always have issues with the air conditioning in them until I started working with Core Air, who are proactively ensuring that our customers are comfortable with the temperature in our restaurants by making sure our units are serviced and running properly.

We have used Core Air a number of times for maintenance on our evap system. We have found them to be helpful, reliable and efficient. Would recommend.

Nearly 4 weeks since I rang the first time. 2 further follow up calls and still no communication or quote. If this is the way they operate I'm not keen to try and get them to install anything

WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY …
I have booked a service with core air on Wednesday 1st of December 2021 the booking was made by phone and secretary has told me the guys in charge of the service will come between 3.30 to 4pm for a service.
The Airconditioning was having issues running properly because a service was need it and that is why I book this service.the service guys arrived earlier that day like 3.05 but I got home by 3.30pm exact and they were not happy with me because apparently I have arrived late so I have explained to them That I was told the service was booked between 3.30 & 4 and looking at their faces they wasn’t happy with me like they didn’t believe me so I was not happy about this either that the company communication which them is not good …anyways the service guys head straight to the roof and find out a problem with the aircon capacitor that need replacement so they did nothing that day they come for a service which is cleaning the hole unit with running water cleaning parts etc… and they didn’t do nothing at all … they make excuses they said because the aircon need repair we can’t do nothing else so we charge today for call out fee … which apparently is the same amount for service! How convenient and charge me $210 for 10min job and presumed they took 40min finding the problem which I assumed they took the extra 25min of waiting to charge me for making they wait which wasn’t my fault so they lie pretending they took long Up which I know they didn’t they were making time … anyways no having more choices I payed for the call out fee that day only expecting at list they will help me with the fixing sending me the report the next day or so and the days pass it took 8 days for them to get back to me just because I was on the phone with them every day asking them why they are taking for ever To replied by email … they gave me excuses that the supplier is not available … and then after 8 days the amount of they charges where ridiculous $1.247 to repair aircon capacitor and they tried to include as well with that price the aircon pads that apparently they coming apart which is not true they are old but not coming apart because husband went to the roof to check and Is not true what they are saying or describing all I can said is this company just want to ripped people off they are a scam not responsive they charge Ridiculous amount of money and charge a ridiculous amount for a call out fee $210 for 10min job and never replied back to you on time with invoice or repairs details they lie a lot and scam you with these prices … because husband decide to find out else where other company that sells aircon parts we had fixed aircon for only $30 and pads $300 which is a total of $330 not $1247 they were changing for 30min job ridicules stay away from them … this type of company’s shouldn’t be here in Australia they are a scam to society … BE AWARE … WARNING

The professionalism and general kindness of the tech that was sent out was unexpected In this day and age. He located the problem and fixed it immediately with great attitude. Also provided aftercare by checking in to see if we were happy with the job. Which we were. Great company will be recommending and use again and again.

Our ducted unit stopped working in November, during a 40 deg week! Core Air responded promptly with fault find, quote and repairs. They also arranged for temporary cooling for us during that time. I can not recommend them enough. They were professional and their prices were the most affordable, but what I appreciate the most is their level of care and service. Dont look elsewhere. These guys are the best!

Came home after Technician had been to service splits to find mould still in both units. Mentioned this at time of booking appointment as it was the reason for the booking and Core Air had previously taken care of mould issues at time of service cost of which was $230.00 for 30 mins. When I phoned office to query why the mould was still there Ruth said she would call me back and then went to lunch as I discovered after phoning back later on - lunch was far more important than the customer. When she did phone back I was told I now need to book the advanced clean package if I want the mould removed. Some horrendous price probably goes with that. So much for customer loyalty.ripped off without any conscience. Steer clear and shop around. Over priced rip off.

I was dealt with unsatisfactorily. Get a written quote before you get these guys in as the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing.

Absolutely poor service, it is has been more than a month that I have paid them to fix my aircon, phoned and emailed them many tims but my aircon is still not been fixed, I don't recommend at all, don't go with these guys if you don't want headache,

I had them them look at a faulty aircon, the technician was only there 20 mins at the most. Received a huge quote for a leak repair and re gas which would have been cheaper to change out the whole unit. I decided not to go ahead with repairs and then received a $230 bill for the call out! They did adjust that down after I complained. I got another company round who did the work for $400 dollars cheaper than their quote.

I used them once to service our air conditioner and I wasn't overly impressed. The young technician was very nice, but he didn't seem as knowledgeable about Fujitsu systems as I was hoping. He had to call a colleague to confirm if the air conditioner noise was normal, which it was apparently. It didn't give me a lot of confidence. They are not particularly cheap and for what you pay, you expect an expert for your system, which they knew about when I booked the call. I won't use them again.

Really disappointed with this business- technician was slow and wasted time. Obviously trying to string the job out. Refused to access ceiling to diagnose wiring set up (meaning I had to). Did multiple trips to work ute to get tools and phone. Could not diagnose further issues with system- didn't know what fault codes related to. Ended up saying " well I knock off now, so you will have to get us back another time"
I was then charged for an hour labor, when in reality I did most of the work.
I called the office the next day to register my frustrations, but was again left underwhelmed with this business's professionalism.

We have used Core Air for almost 2 years now and they have always come through for us. Kate is the person we deal with mostly and out jobs always get done. Their communication is good. An honest and reliable company:) definitely recommend.

I made an appointment a couple of months ago and took my morning off work to be at home, they did not turn out and I only work it out calling them because it was already late enough, I gave them a second chance and call them again, they promised they will attend between 8-8: 30 and that I will be the first in the list of visits today (my partner at home this time) I called them past 9am for them to tell me the technician was caught out with another job and if we could possibly arrange another day. I think a second chance was enough for me.
