My appointment was with Xenia who I felt was very thorough in her examination, I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout. All the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Also there was a big selection of beautiful frames for me to choose from.

Would not go anywhere else for eye test, excellent service and professional care, all staff have a lovely manager towards patients.

I had an urgent referral request which was taken seriously & I was seen immediately. Very much appreciated. Thankyou

Excellent service and eye health care, good range of frames and are more interested in your experience and return business than "just getting a sale".

Dr Lauren at Innaloo is very knowledgeable and informative, she always takes the time to clearly explain all the options available when it comes to my eye care and treatment.

The receptionists are also very friendly and welcoming.

I have been to this optometrist several times and they just keep getting better and better. I was seen and prepped immediately on arrival - no wait. The front desk staff were very pleasant and the optometrist was lovely. She has a very calming 'bedside manner' and is extremely thorough in checking back through previous notes to know as much as possible about your eyes and eye health. This is the 2nd Review of our 2nd visit in 2022.
My daughter and I booked for my eyes checked on 26 February 2022 with
Dr Lauren as Dr Xenia wasnt in for that Saturday. Dr Lauren has been amazing and on top of what she was doing. Needless to say, Jo has maintained her professionalism throughout. What a great experience. Keep up the good work, Jo.

This was the 1st Review of our 1st visit in 2021.
My sister told me about Dr Xenia Gonzalez of Cooper & Lourie after she has done a thorough research for a good optometrist. We booked the appointment for both my daughter and I. True enough, right from the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the fabulous Joanna (Jo) at the counter. Eye tests went smoothly. Dr Xenia is a very intelligent woman, professional and spot on in uncovering the issues I have with my eyes. Jo provided excellent customer service and helped us patiently to choose the right pair of glasses. We have had an amazing experience and cannot wait to come back again.

This family business provides an amazing selection of glasses from all over the world. The service is excellent. I don’t go any where else.

Took my 90 year old Father to this optometrist today, Lauren and the other staff were fantastic! Lauren did an extremely thorough investigation after Dad had an eye infection and she was so kind and understanding with Dad. I highly recommend them for good old fashioned service!
