I have been going to coolabah medical centre for over 30 years

I have been dealing with Coolibah Medical Centre for several years now. All the staff are always friendly, helpful and courteous. I would certainly recomend them to everyone I know in the Greenwood area.

The nurses are always amazing, alot of the Drs are good too but one of the receptionists should just not deal with people (I won't put her name here but they know who I am talking about). So many people say the same thing. I'm sure there is a job she can do there where she doesn't have to speak with the patients. The last thing you want when you are feeling unwell is to speak with a moody, short tempered lady.

The whole family is going here since 2003, love the doctors, the receptionists (no nonsense taking from anyone). But the bests are the nurse teams, just amazing kind and professional, feel very safe and recognised.

We have been coming here for up to 25 years. Many different doctors which have been great but our last 10 years have been most memorable by Deb the most amazing receptionist running the place. She remembers everything about you and is amazing with the babies. She makes the place a home and it wouldn't be the same without her. Only issue is it's hard to get into see the docs as they are so busy. Thank you, from the Falkys.

Virtually no help getting to even see anybody in the first place after having been a patient of theirs for years, I get there for some help with something that I got no help for, tried to force antidepressants on me which I’ve had before and I said were useless And gave me scripts for three things I didn’t even want and refused me a prescription for Mersyndol saying that they don’t help with migraines when I know they do. I’m sick of doctors who don’t listen to people and don’t even know all the treatments available, I’ll be finding somewhere else to go from now on

Very caring staff and nurses. Excellent doctors. Me and my parents have been going to this practice for more than 20 years. Dr Lip and Dr Saweris are excellent as are the other doctors at this practice. The nurses are brilliant and the staff out front will always do their best to help with appointments.

I have been with coolibah medical centre for years, the staff are all exceptional and Dr Lip is a fantastic doctor who has cared for me and my children for 15 years plus

Kind staff, and amazing doctors. They are professional, make time and pay attention to you as a person. When our family doctor retired there were several other doctors who are just as lovely for us to choose from. Their support during a close family member's cancer treatment was invaluable to us as a family as well. They've taken good care of us for years.

Extremely rude staff! They need to take some happy pills and take a course on customer service! Def won’t be returning

Receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all, something not appreciated whilst feeling sick. Think the owners need to review staff whom have people skills, as this is the face of their business.

This is a busy practice and where my Dr is based. I’ve got to know the receptionists, they are very busy, professional and don’t suffer fools lightly. And I like them. No nonsense, efficient, fast = what you need in a busy practice. Always enjoyed Dr Lip’s knowledge and service. Recommended.
