Disorganised surgery that cancels appointments at the last minute, rude receptionist didn't want to answer my questions then hung up on me. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Really disappointed with this place, receptionists aren't even wearing the proper masks during this Omicron outbreak (cloth which do nothing) for starters then cannot even wear it properly, only wears it over her mouth! Then constantly is fiddling with it.

With everything above may as well not be even wearing one, at least people could see first hand to avoid the place instead of secretly spreading Covid around!

Have seen Dr Mandic, Dr Ali and Dr Angela all with fantastic experiences each time. Highly recommended.

I'm disappointed however that the staff aren't wearing masks properly during mandates and as as mandates are removed they stop wearing them all together, even though sick people go here (obviously) and the government said high risk places should be wearing masks.

Even the pharmacy staff are still wearing masks (well done to them).

Kept seeing the same doctor for 5 years. He would only talk about one thing and wouldn't help me with the actual reasons why I was there. I apparently missed too many appointments (I did not btw) and told me to not see him anymore. Overall the Clinic is not worth going to. Find another place if you can.

Have been to coolbellup medical centre around 5 times now, and had 3 different doctors, over a few year period. I have found the care and advice provided excellent and now they are my first choice over a doctors surgery nearby I had been attending for 20years+

I see a great doctors at this clinic, she has been very helpful and full of knowledge. The administration team are incredibly rude and judgemental. I have had to sit in the waiting room listening to their family problems talked about loudly and had the doctor's apologize for their behaviour. I have called for information on many occasions and have been spoken to in the rudest manor. I would rather get a disease and die than have to deal with the middle aged woman who works on the front counter. I'm surprised you don't walk in and get greated with ' I'm watching you wizowski, always watching'. It's time to move on if you're that crusty, don't make everyone else miserable if they already feel sick

I would give this place a 0 star rating if I had the option.booking made for 11: 50 fr our 5 month old that is unwell, arrived early, Come 12: 00 a women clearly a friend of the doctor/receptionist came in and was talking behind the counter.doctor exited looking for next patient, clearly our baby, this other lady walks over to the doctor, doctor heard saying "I will just get him out of the way first" referring to our baby, other lady walks in to the doctors room and says oh no just see me first.absolutely unprofessional and rude, 12: 15 we got up and left to go see another doctor.called reception to report reason for leaving and was told we must have heard wrong blah blah, really you are going to tell me what i heard?

we went to st john urgent care and had our boy looked at and turns out he has tonsillitis, god forbid you choose your friends over a baby booked ahead that has a fever and is coughing.don't go to this facility!
